SOHO Sports Bar — Restaurant in Arona

The drinks are extremely cheap and the cocktails are great for what you pay. A lot of reviews talk about the owner being aggressive, we witnessed him confronting a table sat at Yolo bar. In our opinion the table had been sat in a poor position by Yolo which means they couldn’t see the screen there, but could see the screen at Soho. I imagine this happens a lot when big games are on which can be frustrating. We attached a video of where they were sat at Yolo and the position of the screen at Soho, they very clearly wouldn’t have been able to see the screen in Yolo, so shouldn’t have sat there in the first place. Admittedly the owner maybe came at the customers in Yolo too strongly, but we can understand where he was coming from. We arrived to watch a champions leauge game and ordered pitchers of strawberry mohito. When we carried it over to the table to pour it into our glasses, the top part of the glas vase detatched and fell to the ground breaking. In other words, the equipment was faulty. I went straight down to the bartender and explained what happened. He answered rudley and told me it was my problem. I asked for a free refill and he got mad and said we had to leave. We were sober and made little to no noise at the bar. There were about 5 other people at the bar, who all saw what happened. Their drinks menu is great and prices are great (on the menu), real shame is they make up the prices when they charge you. Not worth arguing with them, just vote with your feet and move on.
