Order: Mini Focaccia - Delicate, freshly baked focaccia base served with a nice hefty amount of goats cheese, honey, balsamic vinegar, pine nuts and tomatoes
Champagne Sea Bass - I'd go as far as saying this was the best fish I've ever eaten; it was not shy in amount, there was loads of it, it's texture was amazing and the flavour was spectacular, the dill, shallot and champagne sauce was not broken, it's flavour was intense but beautifully synergised with the meatiness of the bass.
Pannacotta - Excellent.
Service: The restaurant was fully packed, the waiting staff were extremely polite and their English communication skills were good; the wait for food was more than amicable.
Atmosphere:...

When I asked him for clarification, he just said “eso es pollo, no es carne”. Chicken is obviously meat 😒
They were barely sorry for the inconvenience and were very unkind afterwards.
