La Tratto — Restaurant in Arona

Me and my partner dined here 3 times while on holiday here, it was fantastic, it’s absolutely beautiful here, even down to the windowsills; decorated in these lovely, aromatic herbs (that I’m fairly sure is used in some of their dishes). The atmosphere is incredible, we felt more than welcome by all the staff, they were so attentive and kind. And that’s even before you even taste their food. Now I’m quite picky but there’s nothing here that I haven’t loved, I ordered their pepperoni pizza- not too cheesy, not too tomato-y, perfect in every way

The carbonara was creamy and you could taste a little egg in there, it was lightly peppered, just delicious

And their lasagna, it was a classic lasagna but I can’t describe how good it tastes, the store brought ones are nothing compared to this lasagna, not even my homemade one- it’s a cut above the rest!

You can literally taste that it’s all fresh, I’ve never tasted quality like this before in my life. And if you still have space left make sure to give their deserts a try. Furthermore the price is just right too.

This adorable, picturesque little restaurant and the passion of the people running it has really imprinted on us, a very heartwarming experience. I’ve not got one bad thing to say- I cannot...

Oh what a lovely evening dining at 'La Tratto'

Lovely ambience in this well designed and chic Italiano restaurant. A cheerful atmosphere greets you from the happy team at La Tratto which sets the tone for a lovely evening with great food and attentive well mannered service. The whole restaurant was happy it was so nice to see.

The food is wonderful and freshly made, great selection. We highly recommend the Italian breads for starters with pesto, yummy as our very nice waiter Masino from Naples suggested to us. My husband had lasagne which was homemade and so tasty, good portion size too. I had spaghetti Napalianto equally as nice and we shared the potatoes chips with cheese, gorgeous. To finish our Italiano evening the Tirimizu dessert was bellisimo.

I rarely give out 5 star reviews,as i find them a little too much to be beliveable,but this place, hands down deserve it. They serve the most beautiful food. I had an amazing Carbonara my first night there. It was so fresh, from the pasta to the shaved meat. The sauce was fantastic. I had the SPAGHETTI A LA NAPOLITANA Friday evening and exactly the same thing,fresh ingredients and amazing flavours. The host recommended the best wine for my friends dish. On your next trip to Tenerife Playas De Las Americas, definitely stop in here if you're looking for fresh Italian,friendly atmosphere, but be advised,it fills up pretty fast,but I'm not in the least bit surprised at all. Well worth the trip in,and to be honest it was not expensive at all,I would've expected to pay more for such good quality...
