Really great experience! The restaurant has a fun and helpful concept – before you order, they show you a little display with all the types of pasta they make, so you can actually see what each one looks like. It makes choosing much easier, especially if you're not familiar with all the pasta names.

You choose the pasta, then the sauce you want – simple and customizable. The pasta is homemade and tastes amazing, with a fresh, authentic flavor. They also offer as much parmesan as you like, which is always a big plus!

Service was excellent – our waiter was very attentive, friendly, and well-prepared.

Would have been an amazing meal in a very lovely restaurant however the arrabbiata pasta was so spicy I couldn't eat it and had to send it back after two bites and ask for another order with plain tomato sauce instead. I can handle a lot of spice and regularly eat extremely spicy food on my travels to South Asia but this was inedible and clearly the chef had made a mistake adding too much chilli. It happens sometimes and is no big deal! Unfortunately when the bill came they charged us for both pastas and were rude about the issue when we questioned as to why when we had to return the first one due to quality. Fuimos ayer a cenar y la experiencia fue un tanto desagradable. Empezaron a discutir entre los que deben ser la propietaria y el cocinero, escena digna del programa Pesadilla en la cocina. Y el cocinero se pasó el resto del rato que estuvimos quejándose a gritos. Por suerte los que ahí estábamos eran en su mayoría extranjeros y no debían entender demasiado, pero iban mirando hacia la cocina para ver qué pasaba. La camarera o propietaria, supongo que por la situación, tampoco es que fuera muy amable. A saber… Me gustaría pensar que fue un mal día, pero me dió la impresión que era algo recurrente. No lo sé, ni creo que vuelva para comprobarlo. No soy de la isla, por lo que si vuelvo, seguro que escogeremos otro lugar. Es una lástima tener a gente que no sabe estar de cara al público con lo complicado que es este negocio y los sitios extraordinarios que hay alrededor, bien gestionados y con platos más elaborados que un plato de pasta.

Por lo que hace a la comida, la pasta y las salsas son buenas, aunque no es un auténtico italiano. Probamos la salsa de aglio, la de pesto y la boloñesa. Las dos primeras eran buenas, a mi gusto la boloñesa algo insulsa.

En cuanto a los postres, ni idea ya que decidimos no quedarnos más para probarlos.
