Pessics — Restaurant in Artà

Food and drinks where alright when they finally arrived after almost an hour of waiting time, there’s on single servant for all of the restaurant, on top of that the kitchen is so slow it takes them an actual hour to make a single yogurt. Overall very very poor experience especially when there’s more then three guests. During our stay we saw a multitude of people leave because even after 20 minutes they hadn’t been even asked what they wanted yet. The service is terrible and the food is mediocre at best so the waiting time is not worth it at all, my tip if you want to visit the restaurant at all, do it when there’s no other guests otherwise you’ll be better off just ordering food to your home it’ll be...

El lloc és bonic, el cafè està bé i el menjar sembla que bo, i supòs que si hi vas un dia tranquil o que tenen suficient gent fent-hi feina, deus sortir-ne relativament satisfet No obstant això, a nosaltres ens va dir la propietària que ens hauria de caure la cara de vergonya, cosa que a un client no se li deu dir a jo ser que es passi molt.

El cas és que ens vam seure per prendre cafès i sucs i menjar unes tostades i mig entrepà. El beure va arribar prou ràpid, malgrat que la cambrera estava tota sola i hi havia prou gent. Ara bé, vam esperar prop de 40 minuts i encara no hi havia rastre de les tostades.

Una volta vam dir que se'n anàvem, ens digueren que ja sortia. Van passar 5 minuts més i ja vam entrar a barra per avisar que havíem de partir perquè teníem pressa. Llavors la propietària va sortir de la cuina per insistir en què ja estava llest i que si ho volíem per emportar. Vam dir que no perquè després d'uns 50 minuts esperant, i essent ja gairebé l'hora de dinar, no ens semblava una solució adient. Va ser llavors que ens va esbroncar i, amb la cara vermella, ens digué reiteradament que ens hauria de caure la cara de vergonya i que això no es feia.

Resumint, no hi tornaré perquè ens van faltar al respecte quan vam esperar molt més del que pertoca en una situació així i per uns àpats ben senzilla de fer. Ara, si teniu temps de sobra o el lloc està prou buit, potser pagui la pena. Jo, personalment, no...

Tried Pessics twice but won't again. First time waited over 20 mins to be served and a further 10 mins for drinks. Tonight another long wait even though we grabbed a table in front of restaurant, rather than over in the square. Asked for 2 drinks. 10 mins later one arrived, but waitress had forgotten my beer.
