Beautiful cooking with some of the most inviting staff around. I went in between lunch hours and dinner hours yet the staff was very inviting and helpful. Totally willing to help me dissect the menu and give suggestions. The whole affair seemed to be run by just two people, one operating the kitchen and the other handling guests, orders, an espresso machine beers, and all of the money. It's actually pretty amazing to see how many people they were able to serve so efficiently and kindly with just four hands on deck.
I sat near the kitchen and although it's not an open kitchen, I was able to peek inside. I got to see the chef earnestly and beautifully assembling the dishes, paying close attention to details and working around a very small space.
Which is probably the best way to describe the restaurant. Quaint, down to earth with a good representation of local style plated consciously and beautifully. It's really someplace I'd like to hang out with friends and get to know the owners personally if I had the chance to. We ordered the lomo de bacalao (cod fillet), but as soon as the dish arrived, the smell was overwhelmingly strong, it was an immediate red flag that the fish was not fresh. We brought this to the attention of the waiter, but despite our concern, the dish was still added to our bill.
To make matters worse, the waitress responded with a rude and dismissive attitude. There was no effort to apologize or resolve the issue professionally.

Tienen una carta vegana, otra vegetariana y otra de carne. Los platos estaban todos muy buenos, recomiendo especialmente el hummus de lentejas rojas, boniatos y guacamole, el hummus ajo negro, el enrollado de Jack fruit y el carpaccio de Wagyu, hasta el pan que ponen en tostaditas está buenísimo!!! . Nosotros pedimos todo para compartir, las raciones están bien, no se quedan cortos ni son excesivas (no me gusta cuando te sirven tapas tan grandes que solo puedes probar 2-3 cosas antes de quedarte "hinchado").
