TOURIST TRAP!!! The food, services and prices were absolutely terrible. Prices are high but the services and the food isn't anywhere near the level you should have get for that prices. We had paellas with chicken. There were 3 pieces of the chicken in the whole paella but this pices all had bones in them, so there was together like 10g of meat in whole paella, and the paella itself wasn't good and the vegetables used there were from the freezer. My friend had pasta and he said they were almost without any taste. They sale there drinks like Mojito, Pina colada ... for 10 to 15€ per glass. Most of the items on the menu didn't have an prices there or the grammage you should get. Few prices that were listed in that menu, they didn't matched the prices we paid, for example water in the menu was listed for 3€ and on the check it's 4€. The waiter himself wasn't any good as well. He wasn't even nice, he was bothered waiting for us to order, haven't said us thank you or goodbye when we were leaving... We waited like 50 minutes for the food and we were overcharged and paid almost 110€ for 5 people for the food that was terrible. Overall it was really bad experience....

Visita para conocer nuevo lugar y su estilo de comida.

VENTAJAS:

El restaurante está muy bien ubicado, ya que se encuentra al lado del famoso "Park Güell" (zona céntrica de Barcelona). Al estar en este lugar, suele ser transitado por mucha gente a lo largo del día.

El local es mediano, pero tienen todo muy bien distribuido y organizado, ya que disponen de varias mesas y sillas para abarcar a la mayoría de clientes que acuden a este lugar. Un punto que me ha gustado bastante, ya que han sabido aprovechar bastante bien el espacio disponible.

Los empleados han sido muy amables y simpáticos, además de estar atentos en todo momento para cualquier duda y/o problema. He de recalcar que, en todo momento, tenían una sonrisa en la cara y siempre respondían con mucha amabilidad. Un punto sorprendente, y que me ha gustado bastante.

La relación calidad - precio, estando en una zona céntrica, es bastante asequible. Ya que por un precio asequible puedes encontrar productos de muy buena calidad, y de bastante cantidad. Un punto bastante bueno, ya que a día de hoy es complicado encontrar los precios asequibles en la restauración.

El horario es muy flexible, ya que tienen muy bien horario de mañana, tarde y noche. Además de que dicho horario es ininterrumpido. Un punto que me ha gustado bastante.

La decoración, en general, es bastante bonita y estética, ya que juegan con varias dinámicas diferentes, y eso hace que sea algo más atractivo a la hora de entrar.

(En relación con el punto anterior) La decoración exterior es sencilla, ya que se puede apreciar el titulo del restaurante junto con la entrada, y a pie de calle, una pequeña carta para poder ver que productos ofrecen al público.

(En relación con el punto anterior) La decoración interior es muy intuitiva, sencilla e innovadora, ya que al entrar cuentan con estética de vegetación, y al adentrarte al fondo para sentarte, tienes un ambiente más familiar y recogido. Un punto que me ha gustado bastante, ya que han sabido encajar bastante bien las diferentes estéticas.

En general, viendo todo el local, estaba todo bastante limpio y ordenado, además de ver al personal limpiando y ordenando para dejarlo todo lo más impoluto posible.

Tenía todo muy buen mantenimiento, ya que durante toda mi visita, todo funcionaba correctamente y no había ningún desperfecto por ningún lado. Un punto que me ha gustado bastante.

Todo el local está muy bien vigilado, ya que hay varias cámaras de vigilancia repartidas por todo el lugar, y los empleados suelen estar atentos para que no haya ningún problema.

DESVENTAJAS:

A la hora de ir al baño, solo puede entrar una persona, además de ser unisex. En caso de que varias personas quieran acudir al baño, deberán hacer una pequeña cola para poder entrar.

En mi opinión, deberían de ampliar un poco más los baños, e intentar hacer una pequeña separación de hombres y mujeres para poder abarcar más gente en los baños. Además de que al ampliar los baños, en caso de que uno no funcione, puedan utilizar los demás sin problemas.

Puede que se me olviden alguna ventaja o desventaja.

We went for a late lunch after a visit to Park Güell so we didn’t see previous reviews and unfortunately they are right about the service. Initially the waiter/owner seemed pleasant and helpful, but after ordering he gave us each dish a with no words and not an ounce of a smile. The toilets were not clean, and the atmosphere was subpar and the food (outside of the potatas bravas and smoothies) was average at best. The wings were burnt and relied on the drop of bbq sauce for flavour, the crispy squid was rubbery and left my partner feeling queasy by the end of it and the chicken fingers looked like they were cooked from frozen. We were disappointed in our experience but at 3.1 stars, I can’t say I’m surprised. If you’re hungry and walking from park Güell, it’s worth the extra mile to walk into town and find something pleasant in both food...
