Dami's Trattoria — Restaurant in Barcelona

Bittersweet experience. Food was quite good, I enjoyed my Iberian toast. However, very disappointing experience when it comes to drinks. My friend and I ordered just a regular smoothie, nothing particular, the price wasn’t on the menu but based on the other prices we thought it would be decently priced. However we were shocked to find out that the smoothie came out at 10€ each!! When the toasts are 11€ and 13€ this is a really high price. The fact that they don’t put up the price on the menu make it seems like it was on purpose to trick you into ordering.

Sadly, despite the good food, we felt a bit tricked and will not be back. We also gave our feedback to the waitress and her only reaction was that they knew the price...

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout the meal.

The food was absolutely delicious—fresh ingredients, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Every dish we tried was well-balanced and thoughtfully prepared. I especially loved Paella and Beef chicks. Shrimps were also very soft and delicious.

The ambiance was elegant, making it perfect for both casual dinners and special occasions. I also appreciated how clean and well-maintained the space was.

Dani’s Bistro Bar se presenta como una nueva propuesta en la escena gastronómica local, combinando un ambiente acogedor con una selección de tapas y bebidas cuidadosamente elegidas. Mi visita fue una experiencia variada, con algunos aciertos brillantes y otros aspectos menos logrados.

Para acompañar la cena, opté por una botella de CODORNIU Brut, una elección clásica que cumplió con las expectativas, aportando frescura y un toque festivo a la velada.

En cuanto a las tapas, la tortilla de patatas con chistorra resultó aceptable, aunque sin sorprender, mientras que el pan torrado con tomate no logró convencerme, quizá por una falta de intensidad en el sabor o una ejecución poco destacable. Sin embargo, el bistró supo redimirse con dos platos que realmente brillaron: el queso Camembert de Normandía, cremoso y rebosante de carácter, y el torrezno frito de Soria, crujiente, sabroso y perfectamente ejecutado, una auténtica delicia para los amantes de este manjar.

Más allá de la comida, el local ofrece un ambiente muy bonito y acogedor, ideal para una cena relajada o una copa entre amigos. La atención del camarero fue otro punto positivo, con un servicio atento y cordial que suma valor a la experiencia.

Sin embargo, el gran “pero” de Dani’s Bistro Bar son los precios, que resultan algo elevados para la tapas y cantidad de los platos servidos. Aunque algunos productos justifican su costo, en general, la relación calidad-precio podría mejorar para hacer la propuesta más atractiva.

En definitiva, Dani’s Bistro Bar tiene puntos fuertes, especialmente en algunos de sus productos estrella, aunque ciertos platos podrían mejorar para alcanzar un nivel más uniforme en su oferta gastronómica. Aun así, su encanto y buen servicio lo convierten en un sitio recomendable para explorar con amigos o en pareja.
