Forn Vallespir — Restaurant in Barcelona

I've been on vacation for a week in Barcelona, and my airbannb was right in front of this bakery. I spent some mornings there and it was a chaos of people and the people there seemed very stressed and didn't want to try to speak English with me. That same day I spent the afternoon and the atmosphere was very different, I was pleasantly surprised to see a young guy working in a bakery facing the public, I had not seen any in the different bakeries and pastry shops in the city. The treatment of him was excellent, even with his improving level of English he helped us with all the doubts, he had very good people skills, while he explained everything to us, he had a familiar treatment with the rest of the customers who passed by. We were able to take a little of everything and although the price of the product seemed a bit high even though it was handmade, the good time with the clerk was worth it, he paid attention to us in an agile way and at the same time he sold us everything he had left, the nutella croissant was very tasty, and we were lucky to be able to take hot bread and it was good. The rest of the days we returned in the afternoons and the sales clerk and his companion treated us in a very familiar way, one of the things we will miss most about Barcelona, I wish more people like them, if we return we know where to find good products and better...

Productes de primeríssima qualitat, com els pans de nous i formatge blau, i olives i herbes provençals que fan els dijous, per destacar-ne algún.
