Grosso Napoletano — Restaurant in Barcelona

Been eating in there several times and was pretty good, however recently have had some awful experience -- ordered pizza for takeaway via glovo, came with the order's code to the "takeaway" window -- there was no-one inside so I walked in asking to get the order -- the guys in unfriendly manner actually told me to go back outside to the "takeaway" window :))

Ok, I went back (my pizzas were already there on the counter, why not just give it to me?) and the guy came from the inside to the window started to fiddle with his computer clearly without any idea how to mark my order as "completed", then he said I should "swipe" something in my app (maybe confused me with a delivery glovo guy, who knows), to which I said there is nothing to swipe, so he asked another waiter who said there is nothing to swipe and he should just hand me my order after which this waiter just put my pizza outside to the counter, turned around and walked back inside.

No "hello" or "thank you" or "bon appetite" or even "bye". Maybe a customer service training...

One of the best pizzas I have had in my life. I would definitely reccomend everyone to go and try it. But the only thing that bothered me was the lady waitress and she was also the chef who had a very bad attitude towards me and my family. I think she has a general aversion towards people from Asia. Maybe she has had some bad experience with a few people. Why is felt that was because while taking the order we took a few seconds more to decide and she just left the table and never came back to take the order. Also the previous when we came to the restaurant ahe had a very huge attitude whwn we said we did not have a reservation. Yes i understand the restaurant only takes reservations but there is always a nice and polite way to address it to a customer. All the other guys were really helpful and treated us well. I hope this is not repeated with other customers. All the love to the lady but i hope she doesn’t do this...

Terrible service. We arrived at 20:40 and ordered 3 pizzas and drinks for 4 people (2 children) and the waiters ignored us the entire time, there were people who came 1 hour after us and they had all the food, we had an empty and dirty table, they didn’t even bring us cutlery, And they ignored our requests, we waited 1 hour for our food! It’s outrageous, the people who were sitting next to us got it 3 times faster, and when they brought us our Margarita, it was cold and they didn’t even bring it to us.Although we repeatedly asked for cutlery, in the end we had to get up and go get the cutlery ourselves, and in the end, at 2 o’clock after we ordered food and sat there, they brought us everything else.. (also pizza and drinks.) Almost all the tables made a refund because they made a mistake in...
