Clean restaurant with a nice atmosphere.

Bad service: After placing our order for sweet potato fries and 2 burgers the waitress asked if we were sure we didn't want something else to start with because it would take awhile so we changed our mind and ordered chicken wings as well. While the point may have been to decrease waiting time it had little effect. We sat for a long time watching tables and people around us (who arrived after) get their food. When our burgers finally arrived we started eating, but our sweet potato fries never arrived. They were, however, on the bill. When we mentioned to our waitress that we didn't get them but were charged for them she didn't even apologize just said, "Oh don't worry" and brought another bill without it. She didn't ask if we still wanted them. Didn't apologize. Nothing.

Food: The chicken wings were good. We got the Royale premium and Nordic burgers. The meat of the Nordic was chewy. For 18 euros I was expecting more from the Royale burger. I wasn't impressed.

Only giving one star because you can't give zero. Racist staff, I'm an Asian woman, said "adiós" as I left and a man behind the bar said "arigato" to my back as I was going through the door (that's "thank you" in Japanese. I'm not Japanese, and hadn't interacted with this person).

As I turned to confront him he literally ducked behind the bar while a colleague apologised for him, until I insisted he apologise for himself, then he popped up again. Another colleague said "he likes anime". The man himself said he thought I said "sayonara" as I left, an obvious lie.

It's one thing to commit a racist hate crime, just own it and apologise. But the excuses and gaslighting... Also the audacity. This was a man at work, harassing a customer. God knows what he is like in a non-profesional context, but he certainly ruined an already mediocre meal. We tried to lodge a formal complaint but the restaurant refuses to give us his name, and their continued attempts to justify and defend him confirms this restaurant as a racist place. We were coming back from a long hot day and decided to stop by and have a nice cold drink we asked the bar tender if we needed a reservation or if we could just order a drink for my two sons, wife, and I. Dylan asked us if we wanted a table we responded that wasn’t necessary but he insisted that we should so we could really enjoyed our drinks and got a table set for the four of us and he provided us with the best service we’ve had here during our stay here in Barcelona and just because his service and how well he talked about their food we made reservations to come back and have dinner.
