ROYAL INDIAN — Restaurant in Barcelona

I am biased, my review might not be relevant to everyone. However, as a customer I have to give my opinion. I have ordered for delivery, so cannot review the service.

For all the US and UK indian food lovers out there:

Naan: very good Raita: delicious Rice: perfect basmati long rice Samosa: I found the meat a bit dry. The taste is different than London for ex.

Chicken Tikka Masala: very very sweet. Like cake sweet. Did not feel the curry taste. Not sure why. The meat was large breast pieces. I prefer tights... oh well

Vindaloo: I am used to a vegetable stew with potatoes. I got a dark red paste creamy. By far not the taste I am used with.

Here is the kick: I know there are other Pakistani places in town that they cook as in US and UK. Not sure why such a difference.

However, this is a barrio place, and probably they cook for local tastes.

I bet the service and staff are amazing.
