Congratulations to NAP of Molino for providing the single worst customer service experience of my life.
On August 22, my cousin and I went out for some pizza. Upon arriving at the restaurant, a waitress kindly informed us that we had arrived 10 minutes early. This was the last time we were treated with any courtesy by the staff.
We returned 15 minutes later, once the restaurant was officially open. Since we didn’t see any waitstaff, we seated ourselves inside the restaurant and waited patiently for someone to take our order. When we entered, we noticed the pizzero at the other end of the restaurant. As he seemed busy, we did not address him. However, he took offense to this and began screaming (not just speaking loudly, screaming) at us, insisting that we should have greeted him upon entering. He then made a racist remark, saying that if we couldn’t speak Spanish, we should at least be able to say "Salam Alaykoum". At that point, we decided to leave, as we did not trust someone of such poor character to prepare our food.
I’m not someone who typically writes reviews. If the service and food had been subpar, I would have still appreciated a meal with my cousin and likely wouldn’t have complained. However, I do expect not to be insulted before, during, or after my meal.
For the record, I am a Canadian tourist of North African descent. My cousin and I are by no means petty thugs, nor do we appear to be. We have been treated with respect throughout our stay in Spain, but NAP was the exception.

Read moreI used to love eating at NAP. Unfortunately, the service has become extremely bad. especially the female waitress, the little one with the brown hair. She yells at customers and is very aggressive. We had to wait 20 minutes for her to offer us a second table. while she pressed us stupid sayings like that we could eat separately somewhere else. after that she took the order very impatiently. when we asked, she yelled at us and rolled her eyes. we all ordered pizza margherita because she left us no choice with her impatience. we were very hungry and wanted to avoid the conflict. after 40 minutes she came and claimed that our pizzas were broken and they had to make them again. We waited another 30 minutes and then said there was no pizza, the dough was broken. so we waited a total of more than 2 hours until we were told that we wouldn't get a pizza. but we noticed that the curriers and other customers still got pizza. So we asked another employee and he said you could still get pizza, it would just take a while. When I explained the situation to him, he spoke to the waitress and lied coldly that no more pizzas would be made. we are all academics and didn't look as if we were antisocial... they still charged us for the drinks, which is cheeky. i have recommended nap to all my guests and friends but with the staff i will never set foot in the...
