While the shop has an appealing appearance, I left feeling disappointed after my visit.

The pistachio latte caught my eye, so I decided to give it a try. I was hoping for something with a more natural flavor, but it turned out to be overly sweet and syrupy, reminiscent of a Starbucks drink.

Another issue arose when I was paying. The employee handed me the iPad for payment, and I simply tapped "Continue" without noticing that a 15% tip had been pre-selected. I'm not a fan of this American-style tipping culture being pushed here in Barcelona. It feels forced and out of place.

Despite the barista calling my 1x shot latte “boring”… (it is a joke, don’t worry!) this little coffee shop was open bright and early delivering the best coffee Barcelona has to offer with the added bonus of a warm welcome and fabulous service. If you’re passing by, pop in for a friendly chat and a delicious drink, you won’t regret it!

We visited a few days ago and ordered cappuccinos, which at first sip seemed decent enough, although way too hot (at a guess over 70°), which meant that on second sip, the milk was thin, the froth wasn't creamy and it tasted burned, which was rather disappointing. It also tasted like UHT milk, but that could just be because it had been overheated.
