SERVICIO A DOMICILIO NO ES DE FIAR Comparto mi situación por si le pudiera valer a alguien de cara a utilizar el servicio a domicilio que tienen. Hice un pedido el domingo 17 diciembre ( entendiendo que entraría ya el lunes) pedí una caja premium para regalar el 24 y varios productos más para la cena del 24, gastando un total de 135 euros. En su web pone bien claro que el envío llega como máximo en 72 horas. El miércoles les llamé, a última hora de la tarde, porque no tenía ninguna noticia y quería saber cómo estaba el pedido, mi sorpresa fue que todavía no había ni siquiera salido. Me dijeron que tranquila que salía el jueves el viernes lo tendría en mi casa. Pues hoy es domingo día 24 y no me ha llegado. Entiendo que son fechas difícil y de saturación en los servicios, pero podrían poner esa información en su web, que no se están cumpliendo los tiempos. Me he gastado una pasta y cuando llegue no sé qué haré con tanta comida ya que mis invitados solo estarán hoy por no hablar de que tendré que comprar otro regalo a la persona que me tocaba regalar. Me parecen que han tenido un previsión nefasta con las fechas, si vendes cajas de navidad y un servicio de Max 72h tendrías que tener resuelta tu logística para cumplir con tus clientes. NO...

We picked up pastrami and smoked butter and loved it so much. The staff in the store are friendly and kind - we’ll be back!
