Well, in my first visit 3 years ago, I have said in my review: " ... Only had Dim Sum and was good but not very wow.. So after I try more from the menu, I hopefully might change the stars to 5". But unfortunately, my last experience lead me to decrease my rating to 3. I'm in restaurant business as well and it is important to inform the client in the menu about the taste of dish. If you write sweet and sour and ginger as the main taste of the dish you should at least be able to taste a bit of either. But if you can only taste a kind of curry instead, which is not in the description of the dish, then you should be entitled to ask the staff to change your dish. In my operations, even without any reason, if somebody's not happy with their meal it has to be changed immediately, because keeping a happy customer is the most valuable thing in our business.. But even with reason, like my curry tasting dish tonight, if you still keep the returned dish in the final check, that tells me that you do not value my business.. So in the vast number of restaurants, you discard yourself from my repeat business list. In summary; food is average ( much better Asians are there in BCN ), service is friendly and nice but the management is poor... Hence the...

We have a tradition of eating at a Chinese restaurant in every city we visit. Best so far: Straßburg. Worst so far: Out Of China. My recommendation: eat a few fried dumplings from the appetizer menu and get the hell outta there!
We had sweet and sour chicken for one entree and sesame chicken for the other. Not a vegetable in sight. Just chicken in a "special" sweet and sour sauce (I didn't realize how open to interpretation that word "special" could be!) and in the case of the sesame chicken, just crispy dried strips of chicken with an absolute minimum of sauce on the side. Nothing comes with even rice! So, we ordered vegetable fried rice. For €8. Not worth €3, because again there was not a discernable vegetable in sight! He said they used dried vegetables, but I suspect it's more vegetable spices.
It was pretty inside. I'll say that. And they were friendly. But the only reason it's 2 stars and not 1 is that we are not physically ill. Unless you count the insufferable and endless gas and indigestion. But half stars are not an option, and we didn't...
Read moreMy partner has celiac disease, and we chose this restaurant because of its high ratings. However, as a Chinese person, I can honestly say this is the worst Chinese food I have ever had. We don’t mind paying more for a good gluten-free Chinese meal, but the food quality here is extremely poor—definitely not worth the price.
It’s clear that the restaurant is using the “gluten-free friendly” label to attract Western customers rather than putting real effort into making authentic gluten free food. The flavors are completely unbalanced; for some reason, everything is overly sweet. This is neither authentic Shanghainese nor Cantonese cuisine. It was a truly disappointing experience.
To make matters worse, the staff lacked any friendliness or warmth. We will never return. I hope the owner improves the menu because, at this rate, they might truly become “Out of China.”
I feel terrible to say this, but we really want a good Chinese gluten free restaurant which can hold the real Chinese...
