Pizzeria Molde — Restaurant in Barcelona

Perhaps the best pizza I had in Spain. In my time here I got some really bad ones. For me the dough is one of the most important part of a pizza as the toppings you can pretty much use the same as any other restaurant. With that said, someone may even try to copy this pizza, some other places I've been to sells similar things, but none will have a dough as good as this one. It's like a dough should be, not a hard dough as some other places, not too soft like a bread, salty just that much so it tastes good when eating the dough alone but not salty enough to make all the pizza taste salt. Mi pareja y yo hemos estado aquí muchas veces, tanto antes como después del cambio de dueño. A veces el cambio es bueno, pero no esta vez. Para empezar, el servicio es pésimo. Nadie sabe qué está pasando, y les gusta decir "no sé", como cuando preguntas si van a sacar una pizza sin carne, aparte de la margarita. Parece que hay un dueño o gerente allí, solo para estar allí, nunca ayudando al personal. La calidad de la pizza ha bajado mucho. A menudo está empapada, sin sabor. La corteza no tiene sabor, el queso y la salsa apenas están presentes, y han reducido la cantidad de aderezos. Lamentablemente, he escuchado muchas de las mismas quejas de amigos. Todos esperamos que lean las críticas más recientes y escuchen a los clientes. ¿Y por qué una pizza redonda era tan mala? Ahora es cuadrada.

UPDATE- The pizza is really good!! It was a rough start, but they really have done a great job. The pizza is back to round, the sauce is super tasty, the dough is nice and thin, and the amount of choices has increased and gotten better.
