What a fantastic surprise!

This little restaurant holds a grand secret: fantastic cocktails, amazing mexican and latin american cuisine AND outstanding service with personality and an understanding of service that takes it to another level.

The staff knows their carte, and will quickly jump in to create the perfect combo for the undecisive minds. Makes the dining experience pleasantly simple! You don’t know what to choose from, hand it over to the experts!

The plates are served with a touch of fusion and art, little explosions of flavour and pleasure! What a joy!

We had the delicious home-made nachos, the long-cooked pulled-pork canapes, magical ceviche with a touch of spice to keep you wanting more, tacos (oh-those-tacos!), patatas bravas (sort of but better), and keep it coming!

This place I recommend whole-heartedly. Quality of food is high, experience is delightful and the staff are just the cream on top! All in all well delivered, a place I would return to without a second thought!

If you like you dining experience with personality, this is the place!

On our last night in Barcelona, we didn’t have any reservations and a last minute frantic search resulted in scoring a reservation here. I don’t mean it lightly when I say this was an amazing culinary experience and one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Just all round amazing!! The drinks were tasty. I had the Casanova and my wife had the esperanza. The food was so well balanced and flavorful. The tropical ceviche was insanely good and probably the best ceviche I’ve ever had. The arepas, pulled pork tacos and the patacones were freaking delicious. We also ordered the skirt steak which was very good as well. To top this off, the staff is very friendly, welcoming and attentive. The chef personally brings out the food at times and connects with the people in the restaurant which takes the experience to a whole different level. We had multiple conversations with him during our time there. This restaurant deserves all the rave reviews coming it’s way. It scores a 25/10 on my personal score sheet. Could not recommend it highly enough. Definitely definitely worth having...

Kiltro is a fantastic spot in the heart of Gracia with a simple yet impactful menu. You’ll be greeted by friendly staff who are attentive and happy to make recommendations and explain the flavor profiles of the various dishes.

The food is fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The yuca bravas and pulled pork tacos are on-point, and seafood fans will love the fish tacos and ceviche.

The portions are generous to share, and I recommend splitting a couple of items to sample the menu. For those who like a little extra spice, the homemade picante salsa adds the perfect level of spicy kick without being too spicy.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is casual, eclectic, colorful, and fun. The prices are very attractive and you will leave with a full stomach and very happy tastebuds. Can’t wait to go back...
