Waited for 20 minutes to get the menu. Flagged down two waiters who ignored me; only the third reacted. I was waiting for a friend who was late, so I asked him for a drink first. Then he proceeded to tell me that I have to order food. I explained that I am waiting for a friend, and we will order together. He just tossed the menu at my table and left. I kept waiting for my drink, waving to him, but he would ignore me. Then I flagged forth waiter and ordered the drink again. After 10 more minutes, my drink came, and my friend arrived. I told her that the service is bad, suggesting we leave. When I wanted to pay, I had to flag them multiple times, and finally, the waiter came and publicly shamed me for ordering just a drink. I explained that we initially wanted to eat, but after the poor service, we changed our minds. The table next to me defended me, stating that I waited 20 minutes just for the menu. Terrible service, rude, and possibly discriminatory, as I am a foreigner and don’t speak Spanish. And i never received my invoice nor i learnt how much...

Worst service I have experienced in a long, long time. We were three people for dinner at 9 pm on a Friday. There were only two tables that were occupied. We were welcomed by the maitre d', sat inside, and then were totally forgotten several times. We were not even acknowledged. Raising our hand was useless. There were several waiters, all engaged in their conversations among them and in jokes with the cooks. On a short trip to the bathroom I saw a couple of waiters clearly hiding upstairs, where there were no customers. We had to stand up and asked to be served -which we did politely. Our waiter forgot what we wanted, we waited a long time, then there was no way to be informed of desserts... We finally stood up, paid at the entrance and left. Although we told the maitre d' about the situation on our way out, no restaurant worker seemed to care. There was no animosity, just...

The food was around 4/10 which is passable but this was not the problem on the day. The main waiter places octopus on our table saying complimentary, therefore we try to eat (terrible octopus) and are slightly more content with our meal because of the complimentary food. Then looking at the bill he has added it to the total, also clearly being the most expensive item (around €20). After refusing not to pay for the octopus which we hadn’t ordered the waiter threatens us, calls the police and grabs me as I leave. He was the main waiter and sets a clear precedent for the whole establishment, a trap for non Spanish...
