Tivoli 1940 — Restaurant in Barcelona

Recomendado!! Recommended! Great food and amazing customer service. We had a little incident a few days ago and the manager of the restaurant figure out how to find me online to solve the problem. No one does that. We discussed the issue and we were invited to a complimentary dinner. This is what I call, the best customer service.

Had one of the worst experiences at this restaurant. Took about 10 minutes for them simply to take my order. The waiters always seem to be in a hurry and it's hard to call them. After that it took (no kidding) 1 hour for the food to arrive. What I ordered had some meat in it and it came completely uncooked, suggesting they had started cooking a VERY long time after the order. The service is poor at best. Very dissapointed. With a great offer of restaurants around this area, this simple but yet very well decorated place allows you to spend some good time. They've got everything that is required in order to spend some quality time with friends. The food is superb and the offer is just great.
