Vivari Via Augusta — Restaurant in Barcelona

Visited 5 times because of the convinient location . Food is nice, but when you see how the tables and work stations are kept, the raiting starts to go down. Everything is dirty, even the trays they put your order on. The girls working there do not care at all about cleaning the tables and there is no client orientation at all. From 10 avaliable tables 8 will be dirty. They can ignore you untill you call them . Moreover, they dont even know how to make a propper coffee. No standarts whatsoever, they are not trained. They stirr mtcha powder with warm water and a small spoon , then call it an matcha latte .They could not make it iced because they did not have enough glasses If something iced was ordered, they make it regular and pour it over ice . The milk jars are not being rinsed, they reuse the dirty ones with fresh milk for the next guest. They do not mind the cue .The place has much potential but the basic service aspects are not met at all and executed...

The waitress was not very kind. I ordered a “bikini” and the beverage like coffee smoothie which was tooooo sweet. And it costed 7.51 euros. Super expensive and was not really tasty. Last month, my son bought a doughnut here. The woman was washing dirty dishes with her gloves, i thought she would at least use tongs, but no. She kept her dirty wet gloves and took the doughnut🤮.
