Local chain of bakeries in the Saint Antoni district. The staff is always helpful and every single product they sell has been good for us. Prices can be higher than other bakeries but for me it’s worth it. In this holidays period they also have a Panettone which was amazing.

Abans, el pa era bastant rodó, amb una molla amb el grau d’humitat just i lleugera. Ara, quasi cada cop que en compro em trobo que més que rodó el pa és un disc. Pel gust i per la molla, em sembla que o bé no ha fermentat prou, o alguna altra cosa està fallant al procés. A la foto es poden veure les llesques més grans de dos pans que acabem de comprar, un d’ells està més i menys bé, tot i que potser una mica més pla de l’ideal. Però l’altre, es veu clarament que no ha pujat prou. I això ens passa cada setmana amb un o els dos pans que comprem. Potser hi ha alguna cosa que es pugui revisar?

Good bakery but certainly not the best in the neighbourhood. Prices are about 1.5-2x over the normal price in BCN. Staff are rude (refusing to speak Spanish and only answering in Catalan) and they are one of the only bakeries that don't allow dogs inside their premises. Overall quality of the product is very good and they have a "bread of the month". Product is always stale the next day so best eat it the same day to...

Went looking for something to pair some treats bought at Mercat Sant Antoni, we stumbled on this truly gorgeous bakery it was difficult not to enter if only out of curiosity. Their selection of breads tastes as divine as they look. We opted for their cheese loaf and olive and walnut loaf and indulged on some chocolate croissants both big and small. And what a service. I loved this place, I asked “tienes pan de masa fermentada?” And she replied that all the breads were! Of course silly American who uses instant rise yeast would be so ignorant!
