Xampú Xampany — Restaurant in Barcelona

Thia place does not deserve less than 5 stars. Its such an impressive place even though it might not show it at first.

We ordered 6 mains amd 6 desserts and they were all a hot.

Salmon was cooked to perfection, paired with fire grilled vegetables and sesame oil chilled seaweed. Steak was great, Pasta was eaten all amd do I date to say its better that the one I tasted in Italy? The desserts were out of this world. Service was super fast and staff were super friendly.

I was a very faithful and regular customer for about 3 years coming 3-4 times a week for drinks or food. In addition I was spending around 100-150 euros a week in their bodega on wine and food. Every member of staff knew me and were going “your favourite”? Except one senior? waiter who was unfriendly and hostile all the time. And no one wants hostility where one pays his own hard earn money to come to relax . So,...

Very friendly and helpful staff.

The vibe of the restaurant-tavern gives its charm and adds to the appetite, but you shouldn’t be scared by the possibility of seeing a pile of drunken ice, it was civilized and calm.

As it initially seemed to us, the owner of the restaurant who served us turned out to be a co-owner(?) and left a very good impression.
