Ideally 3.5 - recommended a store visit. But marred with positives and negatives

Exceptional production selection for Barcelona and great options across all price ranges. I ended up buying speakers and some other supporting equipment. Plus offered a discount.

However,

Firstly, my complaint is around delivery and the number of times I had to follow up on email and in person to get things done. Firstly, I was promised a delivery of two days, which ended up taking 10. Now - I understand its the delivery company's fault - but supersonido had the stock in the store, and they could have just cancelled the delivery order and handed me the stuff in person (which is what they eventually did when I asked them for a refund).

Secondly - and more surprisingly. I received my speakers - but they were missing the cables and receiver. I went to the store saying all I need is audio cables for now - and that I can wait for the receiver. The attendant very kindly gave me new cables from the store stock saying, I can keep them when my own cables arrive - for no extra cost. Now - that makes me feel as if these cables are cheap and are not worth 100€s. Regardless - I never got those extra cables as the delivery order was cancelled.

Thirdly - the information related to one product was incorrect. I was told the DAC was higher quality if I upgraded. That wasnt true, the only additional things I got from upgrade were audio ports and higher RAM. Something I didnt need but was sold.

So all in all - great instore experience - but bad service delivery and customer interactions to ensure product actually reached home. Multiple emails, calls and a few visits - and I finally have my system...

Sitio de renombre, referencia y más que conocido en Barcelona por su gran labor y aportación al mundo audiovisual. Quedan muy pocas tiendas como la suya y menos aún gente que trabaje en el sector con tal dedicación y emoción como sus empleados.

Sin duda un lugar donde dejarse aconsejar por profesionales así como compartir vivencias y conocimientos.

En referencia al evento del pasado sábado: Presentación impecable de las nuevas Klipsch Jubilee en su 75 aniversario, que por cierto era la única pareja en Europa y se agradece el gran esfuerzo del equipo de Supersonido en poder mostrarlas y escucharlas en público.

Dejando de banda el sonido o el apartado técnico lo que más me sorprendió del evento fueron las personas que lo hicieron posible.

No es fácil traer esa inmensidad de altavoces a la tienda, pero el verdadero mérito es conseguir mantener a más de 30 personas cautivadas durante 3 horas atentas a las explicaciones de los responsables del evento, los cuales fueron impecables en todo momento tanto en explicación como en demostración.

El evento fue acompañado de una playlist muy cuidada que incluía música y video, la cual se nota que les llevó tiempo pulirla y hacerla a gusto de todos. ¡Pero lo consiguieron!

Un detalle importante que quiero mencionar y que para mi fue un gran punto a favor sobre el evento es el hecho de que al acabar dos de los empleados se preocuparon por preguntarme que me había parecido y si nos habíamos sentido cómodos. Dedicaron tiempo a explicarnos las dudas e incluso resolver un par curiosidades sobre otros productos de la tienda.

En definitiva: Creo que a día de hoy hay que valorar y mucho este tipo de tiendas y más aún las personas que hay detrás de ella y hacen posible este tipo de eventos. El catálogo de material audiovisual de hoy en día es tan amplio que no dejarían de ser algo meramente físico sin alguien detrás que dedicará su tiempo y pasión en explicártelo, aconsejarte y ayudarte a encontrar lo que buscas.

Not particularly engaging, or interested in you. If the stock is not there is unlikely it would be before you depart, 48H actually means 3 days. They do tax returns but their provider doesn't give envelopes for the mail, hence you have to get the money back at the Airport and of course there is an additional commission. As some stock did not arrive they had to fix invoice and were very efficient in that. Call Branch in advance if you need something as Spanish delivery (out of their control to be fair) are totally a "Mañana" matter. Also in despite my experience they have a very large catalog of...
