COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! Yesterday we booked the magic academy three hours before the actual event. They sent us emails confirming the registration and the booking together with further instructions. We were there 10 minutes earlier as told and waited outside for more than half an hour while nobody was opening the door and nobody was answering neither the phone nor on WhatsApp which they sent earlier in tgeir email. Finally we could contact someone through their office in Madrid who told us that the game supervisor would contact us immediately. Calling us some minutes later he had the worst excuses: our German phone number which was in the international format with 0049 seened to be wrong to them because it had more than 9 digits all Spanish phone numbers consist of. So they didn't bother to call to cancel. And also the email address would not have worked to cancel because it would reject their emails while I got all their confirmation mails and I am using a professional mail service that lists also all rejected mails where surprisingly non of theirs is listed. They just did not bother to contact us and let us waste our time going there and waiting after offering that time slot just 3 hours earlier on their website... Finally they wanted us to offer a 15% discount, 3 euros each person, for the next time after us wasting more than an hour of our time...

We took the kids to an escape room experience we had booked in advance — and it turned out we had the whole place to ourselves. Since we were with our six-year-old, we chose an Alice in Wonderland themed game.

I gave it a full five-star rating although the room itself was quite old and relatively small, but the staff were incredibly friendly and gave very clear instructions (we booked the English version).

The best part was that the kids had so much fun — they were really thinking, solving puzzles together, and collaborating as a team. Some of the mechanisms in the room were cleverly designed, with one clue leading naturally to the next. It made the whole experience very engaging.

Vamos a ver va reseña larga, que aquí todos quieren contribuir. Por mi parte primer scape room, ha sido muy divertido, ideal para ir con familia. Le doy un 10, en todos los sentidos. Ahora sigue el resto de la familia. Me ha encantado ...ha superado mis expectativas.. lo recomiendo 100%...y decir que Agostina nuestra game máster ha contribuido a que sea genial gracias a ella. Dejo paso a las peques .. A sido súper guay lo recomiendo para las familias y gracias a Agostina a nuestra game máster a sido todo mejor y más guay Ahora la última... Me a encantado...Lo recomiendo mucho,ya que nosotros hemos echo el de magia y a sido muy chuli,también tengo que decir que felicito a nuestra game máster Agostina ya que nos a acompañado todo el camino y lo a hecho más divertido y mágico lo recomiendo

5 meses después hemos realizado el escape room de aventura en la jungla "jumanji". Superrrr recomendable tanto la ambientación, las pruebas como nuestro game máster FRAN, han sido fantásticos, muy divertida y trepidante, de verdad os lo trabajáis mucho, todos estamos encantados con vosotros hacéis que la experiencia haya sido buenísima. Hacéis vuestro trabajo con pasión y alegría, y eso hace que estemos cómodos desde incio. No puedo podemos.poner una reseña nueva pero sin editar está y ampliarla. La mayor se encargará de publicar una exclusiva. Nos quedamos sin cuentas para publicar reseñas, 🤣🤣🤣.

De verdad gracias por hacer que la experiencia haya sido tan fantástica, super recomendable a todos el que quiera ir con niños!!!!
