This is not the main cafe/restaurant with the lovely ladies and the great menu del dia. This is the small adjoining cafe with tables on the pavement. They do not do a menu del dia. This place is a total rip off. We were there this afternoon and we’re charged €3.50 for half a tomato! Yes HALF!! The fish dishes we ordered were just that... no dressing, no salad nothing but a small portion of fish. So I asked for a tomato to go with it. A chopped up tomato was then delivered. Couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw what we’d been charged for it! I queried the bill the gentleman merely shrugged his shoulders and my Spanish isn’t good enough to argue the point. We was hoping that this place could stay a secret gem. It's the first place and last place we go and a few time in between. Great value home cooked food. No nonsense good food and a free drink. Excellent range of dishes, especially fish. Wonderful salads, great service at very affordable prices. I don't do desserts, but even if I did, could find it difficult to have capacity to finish.
