We visited your restaurant two years ago and yesterday we decided to give it another chance. We booked a table for 10 people days before, so your staff knew beforehand a big group is arriving. There was only two other customers at that time during the day so you can’t argue you were busy. First of all we wanted to split our bill and tell about this beforehand to the staff and immediately the waiter was telling us it’s impossible. We had to argue with him until he agreed to split the bills and he started taking orders. The waiter got the drink orders wrong and all of the staff were very slow and not really friendly. It felt like we were bothering them even though they are working there and we are paying customers.

Then the first three meals came and after it, it took an HOUR to receive the rest of the meals. This is completely unacceptable and very sad. Also some items were missing from the meals, for example one member of our group ordered a steak with a sauce and after one hour waiting time the steak finally arrived but without a sauce he had ordered. Then the waiter was asking should he start preparing it or not. This is absolutely insane. Lastly the waiters had made mistakes in our bills and we had to start telling them what we had ordered. We brought this horrible experience up with the staff and they were saying ’oh Our main chef is on holiday our manager is not here’ etc, THAT is not a customer’s fault. You knew we are coming because we had made a reservation beforehand but apparently you ignored it or you were just not interested. Last time we visited your restaurant was two years ago, and it was very bad experience as well. We are never coming here again.

The food was mediacore and over-priced, nothing special. If you want to pay 17e for a basic pizza go ahead.

We were so dissapointed at your service and at how your staff were behaving, that we will never come back. Hopefully you will do something about this so other people don’t have to experience this...

From our experience should you go during the week : the service is fine but this is the 2nd time we go during the weekend and each time the service is terrible. Firstly we are made to wait quite a while,although the table was reserved, by the waiter behind the bar totally ignoring us and then he passed us to go to kitchen still ignoring us completely, so we seated ourselves, secondly the waitress who appears to work only weekends, ignored us for a long time and after finally the drinks were ordered she took an inordinate long time to bring them, the restaurant was far from busy but the bar area seem to be the preferred place for her to relax, the food took also a long time and when she finally brought the food she just passed the plates in front of our face and we had to pass them on if not ours.She was very brusque in her manner although we were charmingly courteous and didn't wait when one of our guests wanted an explanation. She asked whether we wanted to have a sweet or pay 🙄, whilst taking plates away which were not empty. Clearly this waitress must be very unhappy in her job and maybe should consider another job option or management should take her through some waitressing training. Needless to say we didn't leave any service. My advice is go during the week when you have decent service, the food is...

Lo encontramos por casualidad a través de Lo encontramos por casualidad a través de Google Maps. Como contribuyo bastante por mi trabajo, ya sabe mis gustos. Reservamos para tres. Llegamos y el local nos pareció precioso. Es un lugar con encanto, situado discretamente en una calle perpendicular a una de las centrales de Benalmádena Pueblo. Mezcla entre patio andaluz y trattoria rústica pero con muchos toques modernos. Cuenta con una bodega generosa y a la vista. La cena fue perfecta desde el principio hasta el fin. Ni un pero, ni una nota discordante. Un espectáculo en el mejor sentido. La burratta es espectacular. Es una explosión de leche fresquísima en la boca pero con la consistencia justa. Le acompaña un riquísimo prosciutto que marida perfectamente, y unos tomates semisecos que conservan todo el sabor y los azúcares del tomate pero concentrados. Se acompaña con unos triángulos hechos de masa de pizza pero frita, lo que hace que se hinchen y queden muy crujientes. Seguimos con unos spaghetti carbonara de receta tradicional, con auténtico gunciale. Si eres fan de los carbonara que comemos en España, no los pidas porque no es lo que esperas. O pídelos, pero sé consciente de que vas a probar otra cosa. Eso si, son deliciosos, sabrosos, más ligeros que los hechos con nataza y con un punto de cocción espectacular. Lo mismo puedo decir de los linguine al pesto. Extraordinario pesto: pura albahaca fresca en la boca. También pedimos una lasaña que era de llorar, pero de pura emoción. Intensa, suave, equilibrada, aromática. Los postres, soberbios. Todos: el helado de chocolate, la pannacota y muy especialmente la coppa del peccato. LaGoogle Maps. La presentación de todos los platos es soberbia, de alta cocina, además de sorprendente (una especie de peta-zetas en una panacotta nos despertó cuando ya estábamos como para dormir de puro gusto.). No sobra ni falta nada. La calidad del producto es muy alta, cuidan todos los detalles y no dejan nada al azar.

El servicio es muy joven pero tremendamente profesional. La atención, perfecta, y tuvieron incluso el detalle de sacarle unas gominolas a mi hija (incluso esto también bien presentado). Todo a tiempo, todo en su sitio. Hasta la cesta de pan era perfecta: un surtido de panes y grissinis.

Por último, el precio. No es caro. De hecho la relación calidad precio es inmejorable.

Desde luego, si volvemos por esta zona, regresaremos a este...
