I had high expectations of this place. They advertise more as a bougie place but it’s really an upgraded hippie spot. The location is unbeatable with stunning views. Be aware that access to it is down some long stairs. Food was actually good but menu is extremely short. Live music was a good touch. However, I didn’t like that to reserve a table you have to pay 20 Euros and then they gave us the very last table almost outside the restaurant. A table infested with ants everywhere. They couldn’t give us another table so we killed ants for the first ten minutes. Service was nice but just ok.

“Tulum” hace honor a su nombre. Y sorprende. Emplazado a pie de la playa Torre Vigía (Benalmádena), seduce con su interiorismo informal y descontracturado. Un espacio que armoniza impecablemente con el entorno natural. Con magníficas vistas al Mediterráneo, “Tulum” impacta con platos contundentes, cocktails impecables y atinada música en vivo. La chef Julia Centracchio (quien se ha fogueado profesionalmente nada menos que con el chef ganador de Estrella Michelín Roberto Ruiz) apuesta, sin titubeos, por un concepto culinario sincero y directo, pero de gran dominio técnico. En su carta reivindica los sabores mexicanos y, a la vez, respeta los sabores y la tradición malagueña. Una propuesta de platos delicados y equilibrados. La costilla, el pulpo, los tacos (de langostinos y de cochinita), la ensalada de queso de cabra frito (empanado en panko) y el aguacate tatemado son algunas de las delicias con las que nos regocija la chef. “Tulum” apuesta por la calidad en la materia prima, dándole un excelso tratamiento. Una propuesta atractiva, cuyo singular mérito es estimular amablemente los sentidos. Una experiencia reconfortante, ideal para acompañar el calor estival de Málaga.

The vibe at Tulum Benalmádena is relaxed yet lively, and the breezy seaside location makes it even more special — the view is truly spectacular! While the menu is limited, our nachos and salad were carefully prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. The cocktail menu offered lots of options and the Caipirinhas were especially refreshing. We would definitely go back!

I was recently 10 days in Benalmádena with some friends. On the first day we discovered Tulum and knew immediately that we will go there more often. The staff are all super warm, helpful, attentive and customer-oriented (and handsome 🤭). We felt super taken care of every time. No matter what time of the day, no matter what food, what drink - we have been completely satisfied. It was even made possible to do a small birthday surprise for our friend. Simply great. It was all the sadder when we woke up Tuesday morning on our departure day and realized that we would not be able to go to Tulum for the last time, as it was then a day of rest. We would have loved to say goodbye to you guys and enjoy another brunch. Thank you for the great time! Many greetings and stay...

We visited on a previous holiday and were very much looking forward to returning. This experience was not as positive. I ordered pinacolada - which had little to no rum, but also had paper blended into the drink which was very strange. We ordered 4 full adult meals and asked for a bowl of fries for our 3 year old. We were told we had to order an adult meal which came with fries for him (absolutely no budging on this) which was unnecessary and excessive. I ordered the machette beef rib which was lovely, my partner had the chimi churi steak which was over cooked and flavourless. My teenager had the shrimp tacos which were nice - very small portion, other teenager had the poke bowl.there was live music which was great and the location...
