Popeyes Famous Louisiana Chicken — Restaurant in Benidorm

The manager of this restaurant was extremely rude and unprofessional, we arrived at 23:10, me and my wife were the only ones there, upon arrival I could see a woman roll her eyes at us, we ordered food only to be informed there were no grilled items, we guessed the cleaned the grill and weren't doing so again, so we continued our order and proceed to wait what seemed an eternity, 30 plus minutes in an empty fast food place at night, the had obviously turned everything of early and wanted to go home, none the less we waited for the food and could hear this obese woman barking orders and screaming at another employee, absolutely no respect for the employee or us, she was also extremely rude to my wife who was looking for napkins from her, she also refused to serve other customers at 23:35. If I was the owner I'd infuriated if I found one of my managers acting in...

Ok, so I went in there ordering a pack of 3 menus for chicken breasts, sodas and fries. The fries were pretty stale and dry, sodas were on bottle for which I payed extra, and they completely forgot one small ice cream for my daughter. I took it "to go" to take it to mu daughter on the beach but they handed me 3 bags that luckily I had a bag from the supermarket where I bought some water. Waited about 15 min, and about 100m after I left, the bag with the sodas broke and everything fell on the pavement. If I had bought the fountain sodas, they would have been completely spilled. You can see they lack cleaning personell, but it was better than the Popeyes near Plaza Triangular which was horrificly dirty and we moved on. Food was OK at best, nothing to write home about... oh, and yes again I have to mention THEY FORGOT AN ITEM...

Horrible, mala organización máquinas que no funcionan para hacer el pedido e incluso la de la bebida, descontrol y mala organización del personal ,poca formación de como se debe hacer un trabajo con efectividad poca higiene e incluso por el cajero si tienen cámaras verán todo más de 25 minutos para un servicio y cuando te Dan el pedido faltan ingredientes si ha esto sumamos que no puedes ni llenar la bebida porque el código de barras no lo reconoce y para terminar pides la hoja de reclamaciones cuando es obligatorio dártelo después de más de 10 minutos donde se pueden ver en las imágenes de cámara no me lo facilitan e incluso la seudo encargada se va sin darme la hoja he realizado la reclamación tanto por esta vía como por vía Interna a la empresa,si viniera sanidad no se si este local cumple con los estandar de limpieza ,cuando veo al cajero tocarse las narices cara al público y como manipulan los alimentos tengo dudas de hecho no comí nada ni pude beber nada el dinero tirado a la basura,esto no lo he visto en ningún local menos mal. Como yo muchos clientes mala gestión y poca profesionalidad y sobretodo saber que función tiene cada empleado para que funcione en cadena y salgan las comandas,nunca volveré sobretodo para mi salud, me hace pensar porque no te dan las hojas de reclamaciones y como no tienen un teléfono a la vista de atención al cliente,no veo en esto que sea una empresa seria, nefasto nunca repito nunca he...
