This little beach is as fine as any I've been in the world. Very clear water manageable sized waves very warm water once you get in. There was always a bed and sun brolly available. The sand is golden and clean. There are bins for recycling available near the wooden walkway. Very aware and alert life guards always helping people enter an leave the water if they appear to be struggling which is very reassuring if you have children on the beach with you. You can hear the church bells ringing which is somewhat pleasing. People on this beach do go topless but not everyone. For drinks there is a large vending machine just at the entrance to the beach which isn't too expensive. I'd recommend this beach to you if your staying in the old town area...
