When I start speaking other languages except Spanish even though I know it, they start speaking among themselves not even addressing you with respect like you are one object in front of them not a client

If they want "politely escape of you", You will be asked if you book or have a booking or drinks.only. I said no and I decided to take my family to another place. Here in Benidorm start to feel the experience you are not welcome anymore as a tourist and mostly from this we and they live.... With this drought and bad attitude they will regret us as tourists.

There are nice places to eat and be respected as a client...but you need to be careful It is funny how they speak in front of you thinking you don't understand their language . Do not visit here if you are a tourist. Staff clearly do not like tourists and made us feel so unwelcome we got up to leave before we could even order food. We were ignored for around 20 minutes, then told we weren’t allowed to order food where we were sat in the restaurant so we moved without any direction or help of where we COULD order food. After waiting around another 10 minutes to order, a lady member of staff simply asked ‘what do you want’ to which I said we hadn’t yet read any kind of menu, she huffed and walked away before literally throwing food menus onto our table and sniggering to other staff. By this point we had had enough and decided to get up and leave. I must add that I am in my twenties and have never left a review before, however our experience here was so bad I do not want anyone else to have the same kind...

Es un sitio que no parece lo que es, parece un barecito pero al probar su comida dimos cuenta que es de otro nivel, fuimos a comer un menú que hablan bien de él compuesto por 3 platos por 12 euros...la pega que encontramos nosotras es que llegamos a las 15 y el menú está hasta las 15:45, el camarero que nos vio muy amablemente nos dijo que estaba lleno que tendríamos que esperar a que una mesa se levante y nos ofreció tomarnos una cañita en su terraza mientras esperábamos, hasta ahí todo genial....15 minutos más tarde nos ofreció entrar dentro pues ya había mesa libre eran las 15:15 pero el chico nos dijo que enseguida nos atendían, pues bien hasta media hora después no nos atendió un camarero por supuesto ya se había echado la hora encima y no pudimos pedir menú, no nos importó en el fondo porque pedimos de carta platos muy ricos.... pero hubiera sido un detalle que ya que nos vieron media hora sentadas esperando nos hubieran dicho un "disculpad chicas" o algo ya que no pusimos Ningún problema, quizás eso fue la nota negativa del sitio o del día que lo visitamos....y para comeeeeer por favor recomiendo la ensalada de tomate con ventresca, guindilla y berenjena.... hacia años que no me comía un tomate que supiera a tomate, dulce y muy agradable al gusto, vamos para repetir y repetir....pedimos una tabla de queso manchego 100% y me encantó el detalle de acompañarlo de uvas y nueces, realmente exquisito!!!!! Y de plato fuerte un solomillo con salsa de boletus, el solomillo no es de los más ricos que haya probado pero os puedo asegurar que con esa salsa en la que estaba bañado se lo comería hasta un vegano!!!!jijiji pero no contentas con todo esto nos dice el camarero que faltaba la guarnición...y pensamos más? Y trajeron un plato en pizarra con patatas caseras acompañadas de berenjena y calabacín asado y al otro lado piña y manzana asada!!! Vamos para morir!!!! De gusto!!! Pero hicimos hueco para el postre porque había coulant de chocolate con helado y queríamos probar....lo pedimos para compartir... pero cuando empiezas a tomarlo piensas me hubiera comido yo uno sola!!!! En sopa de chocolate!!!! La cuenta fueron 55 euros con 6 cañas y 2 cafés...os aseguro que calidad- precio más que superado!!!! Volveremos a seguir probando!!! El acceso es fácil está frente al hotel Bali de Benidorm pero cuidado que hay aparcamiento para residentes y no residentes y un parking osea que sin problema....pensando en la siguiente!!!!
