Very disappointed. They insisted I reserved, so I expected the place to be full, but we were the only folk there at 1430, when you would expect it to be full. A restaurant that's run by an absent owner, he lives in Cordoba, the staff are disinterested, they have no involvement or connection with the place. To them it's just a job and it shows. Compare this to the restaurant next door, where there are queues to get in, and it's a third of the price. The paellas were small and between 28 and 32€... We had a black squid ink paella, which was ok. Made with frozen prawns. The other was a paella with oxtail. Bland, and without doubt made off-site. Probably had 100g of rice each one... Dessert was heavy, cold torrija and a cheesecake. We were told they were both made on-site.... But I doubt it very much The cost, with a bottle of very average txakoli, was 102€. Make of that what you will. But I will never return and will actively tell people to not go...

The local mushrooms melt in your mouth. I followed it up with the tuna tartare and fried egg. The tuna was fresh, amazing, and the egg crruunchhhyyy 🍲☺️. I then had the dry rice with oxtails and green pepper. I've never had oxtails this soft and this smoky! It was all super tasty! Ended things with the grilled brioche desert.

This restaurant was recommended by my Sons friend who is a chef, The waitresses were attentive and the food was High quality . The atmosphere is very relaxed .We had the tomato salad and scallops for starters , The scallops were beautifully sweet ,We followed this with the monk fish cheeks and also wagyu beef with marrow bone. Again this was amazing We just had room for dessert so shared the cheesecake and violet ice cream, My goodness it was tasty. Great find it Bilbao! Before coming. I called to make a reservation and got a call back to confirm. A welcoming and personable atmosphere. I started with the local mushrooms and egg yolk. The local mushrooms melt in your mouth. I followed it up with the tuna tartare and fried egg. The tuna was fresh, amazing, and the egg crruunchhhyyy 🍲☺️. I then had the dry rice with oxtails and green pepper. I've never had oxtails this soft and this smoky! It was all super tasty! Ended things with the grilled brioche desert. Yes, I baalleed outta control! 😂 For wine, I'm a big fan of Verdejo (a local white wine)!

Andabamos buscando un bien restaurante cerca del museo Guggenheim de calidad y el resultado fue espectacular como broche de oro a la semana de vacaciones en el pais vasco. Probamos los puerros a la parrilla con parmeggiano, las croquetas de chuletón y el carpaccio de atún, de Cádiz, todo espectacular. Festival de sabores del producto, perfectamente identificables. De segundos nos inclinamos por probar los arroces de carne de chuletón con setas y el de almejas, el primero seco y el segundo caldoso. El primero, sucarrimat, maravilloso en cocción, texturas y sabores. El de almejas, pura elegancia. Con el botón del pantalón ya apretado, nos lanzamos con el flan de huevo con crema Chantilly y la tarta de tres quesos. Placer en altísimo nivel. Gracias a todo el equipo de cocina y sala por esta maravillosa sintonía de placeres. A mejorar, la acústica del local, a veces cuesta conversar. Mil gracias de nuevo!

La verdad que teníamos ganas de comer un buen arroz y íbamos con una buena expectativa después de leer las reseñas de Google (sinceramente no puedo entenderlo) pero ha sido un decepción total. Calidad muy baja y un precio muy alto para lo que ofrecéis. Pedimos un canelón de txuleta que bueno aceptable pero el sabor de la carne no estaba muy allí, los arroces pedimos 2: el señoret que era comible pero con un sabor demasiado artificial y el otro arroz el de txuleta rubia fue el peor plato con diferencia no solo el sabor era artificial con un sabor super fuerte a tomate (que le llegamos a echar un huevo encima y sería un arroz a la cubana) y para rematar la carne cocida. Es más siempre pedimos postre pero decidimos no hacerlo porque se nos quitaron las ganas viendo los otros platos. Quizás tuvimos mala suerte y fue un mal día pero sinceramente por ese precio no volveremos a arriesgar.
