Simple and unassuming spot. The day's menu is the on the blackboards. Take your time to google-translate if you don't speak Spanish. The food comes out quickly and is delicious. I had the grouper (mero empanado), the roe salad (ensalada hueva), the chicken nuggets which are the best I've had (pinchito de pollo), and the cazon en asado (dogfish marinated). All were excellent! Great food with even better service and super friendly staff. Even thoug their english is not great, they were more than keen to find a way to communicate with us. And with help of modern technologies (google translate :)) we understand each other. Chef prepared us delicious local dish and saved our lives. Definitely reccomend to everyone, that appreciate kindness, warm family atmosphere and tasty...

We were visiting Cadiz for the first time and we randomly found this tiny tapas place. What a discovery! Cristina and her father were incredible hosts! Always smiling and making jokes, served us a perfect assortment of typical food (not touristy thing) and where incredibly acomodating. Do not expect a sit but even outside try whatever they recommend you. Say hi to them...
