La Fabbrica — Restaurant in Córdoba

Loved our experience at La Fabbrica. We were greeted as soon as we entered and shown to a comfortable table. A lovely young lady brought me a basket to contain my hat, as I was trying to tie it onto the chair, so thoughtful. We really appreciated the option to have tap water that we had unlimited access to without having to ask. We ordered the Andy Warhol pizza and we added eggplant and spicy Italian sausage. It was delicious with a yummy crust, just the right amount of spice, and generous ingredients. Eclectic, hip and fabulous restaurant! The restaurant has a cool vibe and great staff. I had a delicious Pizza: pepperoni and championes = excellent! The sauce and crust remind me of a South Philadelphia style pizza. A perfect blend of spices and not smothered with oregano. The pamelo sorbeto is a special treat too! A wonderful server assisted me in English and helped me pronounce in Spanish. She is a hard worker, friendly, delightful and very kind. She assisted me with ordering a taxi when my cell phone died. Service is diffident and weirdly compulsive, the vibe could definitely do with more chill. BUT you get huge delicious pizzas fast and at a fantastic price -- as of this writing you can walk away with a full specialty pizza for under €10. And these puppies are BIG, you aren't going to need to order appetizers or dessert to fill up. The decor and design of the place is also lovely and hip down to the fancy prints on the menu.
