Singular — Restaurant in Córdoba

I visited Singular for the first time today and I was really impressed with the staff, the setting and the food. I went for the brunch menu and sat outside. The food was great and tasty, and came out quickly. Nice seats and tables in the shade across the road from the river. Inside is nice too. The coffee wasn’t my favourite (maybe they use ultra heat treated (UHT) milk?) but the orange juice was sour and refreshing.

The staff were lovely, attentive and spoke to me in English which I appreciated.

The music was a little strange for a cute, trendy place and included Queen, the Village People, Gloria Gaynor and Earth, Wind and Fire, which made me chuckle 😅

This was a great place to have breakfast earlier in the morning if you are looking for something like oatmeal, or porridge for breakfast. The porridge was very good with a nice mix of fresh fruits. The smoothies were excellent as well and the coffees are very well made. The service was very accommodating and friendly. There is a nice outdoor space that has shade in the morning under umbrellas. It's a lovely wide main street right along the river and close to many places likely on your destination route in Cordoba. It was so good...

Top of the top for brunch in Cordoba! Staff is fast and very kind. The ingredients for the food are exquisite and the flavours amazing. Cappuccino is creamy and the orange juice I really have no words. During my staying in Cordoba we visited the place 3 times and we are going for the forth one.
