El xiri d'en Dani — Restaurant in Cadaqués

Phantastic Beach "Chiringuito". Great views just beside Salvador Dali museum House. You can find very good tapas: croquettes are one of the best and also " Bravas" and even better grilled seafood: sardinas is a speciality and fish of the day is a must of course if you don't care about bill amount.... Just 1 thing is not as it should be: Ham plate , so it is not iberian.

Specially good is the service, young people ready to give you the best service and the better conversation.

Some tips: they don't accept reservations, so I advise you to go there or at 12:00 (when they open) or at 15:30 (before they close) so it is so busy that if you don't go early or late you will have to wait your turn for a loooooong time....anyway as views are great you can always ask for a drink and enjoy it beside the sea.

There is a parking just 100mts far from the restaurant, it only costs 5€ and there is room always, so it is worthy to pay for it.

Dogs are welcome as it is a terrace.

Excelente "Chiringuito". Excelentes vistas de las playas justo al lado de la Casa Museo Salvador Dalí. Puedes encontrar muy buenas tapas: las croquetas son una de las mejores y también las bravas y aún mejor es el marisco a la plancha: la sardina es una especialidad y el pescado del día es imprescindible, por supuesto, si no te importa el importe de la factura ... . Solo una cosa no es como debería ser: plato de jamón, ya que no es ibérico.

Especialmente bueno es el servicio, gente joven dispuesta a darte el mejor servicio y la mejor conversación.

Algunos consejos: no aceptan reservas, así que te aconsejo que vayas allí o bien a las 12:00 (cuando abren) o bien a las 15:30 (antes de que cierren) porque esta tan lleno que si no vas temprano o tarde tendrás que esperar muuuucho tiempo tu turno .... de todos modos como las vistas son geniales siempre puedes pedir una copa y disfrutarla junto al mar.

Hay un parking a solo 100mts del restaurante, solo cuesta 5 € y siempre hay espacio, por lo que vale la pena pagarlo.

We came to this place after visiting the Dali Museum. We stopped at this restaurant to have some food and drinks, but we were disappointed with the service we received from the staff. We asked for a menu, but they ignored us for a while. We saw people who came after us and even people who had already reordered being served their food and drinks. We were the only non-white people in the restaurant at that time, and it felt like we were being ignored because of this. I do not recommend this restaurant if you are a human who wants to be...

We moored in the bay and came in for lunch. I cannot fault this xiringuito. The food is fresh (we had sardines and xipirons, salad and calamari finished off with cheese cake and a cheese platter), the service is fast and friendly, the atmosphere is great and the beer is cold!
