Terrible reception, the man stood on the steps didn't even acknowledge us when we entered the place. There was a group of 8 of us planning on having food and drinks, the place was empty and they still took an age to serve us. Got the drinks wrong twice and and we were only ordering beer, nothing complicated. In the end we left without ordering food because when he came to take the order and we weren't ready he snatched all the menus up and stormed off, came back a few moments later with the bill for the drinks so we paid it and left. Went with 3 other people, and we all greatly enjoyed our experience. We went on a Sunday at what I'd consider late brunch time. We ordered a variety of dishes including fried lobster, fried shrimp, garlic shrimp, salmon avocado salad, tomato burrata salad, and calamari. Everything tasted great. Drinks were good as well. I had a superb Tequila Sunrise. Friends had beer and other mixed drinks. We were all very pleased with our experience. Had whole lobster (grilled), small and undercooked. King prawns, not fresh, on the verge of being off. Fried battered calamari rings, batter was thick and soggy, squid was chewy and tasteless (frozen not fresh). Razor clams not cleaned properly, chewing sand more than meat. Fried sardines acceptable but hard to get wrong. Every dish over seasoned with salt. Don't bother with this tired looking seafood place, anywhere...
