Kebab house — Restaurant in Calp

I had a terrible experience at this kebab house. After eating there, I suffered from severe stomach aches and diarrhea. The hygiene standards were appalling, and the customer service was extremely poor, shocking even. It’s disheartening to say, but the people working there seemed quite unprofessional as well as unfriendly. On top of that, I witnessed the owner picking his nose, which was quite off-putting. While the food was mediocre, I would rate it 4 out of 10. The only positive aspect was the reasonable pricing, which initially attracted us to the place. I strongly advise people to avoid eating there.

My account is truthful of the events that happened, we were all welcomed very coldly by the staff, I do not write reviews like this if you see my others. You yelled at us to throw our rubbish which included an outside sandwich wrapper, and your spoons, drink and shawarma wrapping in the bin outside your shop as you did not want to clean or take it away? What service is this how Rude of you! You did not at once tell us outside food is prohibited, you are liars and crooks so I had to warn others about you disgusting service 0 stars!

Tuve una experiencia terrible en este local de kebabs. Después de comer allí, sufrí fuertes dolores de estómago y diarrea. Los estándares de higiene eran lamentables, y el servicio al cliente era extremadamente deficiente, incluso impactante. Es descorazonador decirlo, pero las personas que trabajaban allí parecían bastante poco profesionales. Además, presencié al dueño sacándose los mocos, lo cual fue bastante desagradable. Aunque la comida era mediocre, la calificaría con un 4 sobre 10. El único aspecto positivo fue el precio razonable, que inicialmente nos atrajo al lugar. Recomiendo encarecidamente a las personas que eviten comer allí.

J’ai eu une expérience désagréable dans ce restaurant de kebabs. Après y avoir mangé, j’ai souffert de fortes douleurs d’estomac et de diarrhée. Les normes d’hygiène étaient déplorables, et le service à la clientèle était extrêmement médiocre, choquant même. C’est décourageant à dire, mais les personnes qui y travaillaient semblaient peu professionnelles. De plus, j’ai été témoin du propriétaire en train de se curer le nez, ce qui était assez dégoûtant. Bien que la nourriture était médiocre, je la noterais 4 sur 10. Le seul aspect positif était le prix raisonnable, qui nous a initialement attirés vers cet endroit. Je recommande vivement aux gens...

Really GREAT kebab, one of the best I’ve ever had! (honestly!). Fresh salad, crispy bread, tasty meat, good presentation, very much recommend. Partner fancied something more ‘classy’ as had bad experience of ‘kebabs’ many years ago - she loved it! Only downside was assistant to chef, not particularly friendly or welcoming but could be because her English/Spanish was not very good, not sure 🤷🏻 Food...

The best kebab shop on the Costa Blanca. Clean, delicious, and made with love! These folks know what they are doing and care about giving good food and a good experience to their clients. Highly recommend it, above all other kebabs in Calpe...
