La terraza. — Restaurant in Calp

Worsed experience I ever had in Spain!!! I traveled through a lot of places and been in many restaurants, never left bad reviews but this time they made me so disappointed and upset! Ordered tuna tartare, on the picture from menu it is with avocado (but it came without) we ordered side potato (6€) overcooked and did taste like old! Lobster was half raw!! We tryed to be nice and polite, we didn't wanted to complain, we called man in white shirt and glasses (I presume he was a manager, because he leaded us to the table) and we just Sayed about lobster that almost half of the lobster was raw, so he took the plate away(he didn't leave a chance even to finish salad for us on the plate)he Sayed he will bring us a new one but he never came back to us even to apologize or to make the situation clear!!! We were not looking for new lobster we were thinking maybe atleast some discount would be fare but when we went to the bar to pay the man in white shirt start to SHOUT on us that we have to pay full price that we eat all lobster!!! if only I knew I would take a picture of raw meat of lobster!!! To make things clare we were very polite, we got so embarrassed as all other clients were looking at us!!!! Would I come back to this place? NEVER! even if would be offered free food! We booked a table for 6 people for 8.00pm. We arrived at the correct time. Eventually, we were shown to a table,set up with 6 seats, but only 5 place settings. The table was a table for 4 with a temporary table for 2 added. This is quite normal. However, the added table was at least 2 inches lower than the other. This is not normal. We took our seats, place setting and menus arrived. At least 15 minutes later no one had arrived to offer to take our drinks order never mind our meals. We got the doorman over asked for someone to take our drinks order. Total panic. Eventually we placed our food and drink order. Things started to arrive. The children ordered garlic prawns as a starter,adults stuck with bread and allioli. Our paper serviettes by the end of this course were in tatters. No one one offered to change them. Food was OK, my steak ok my son in laws mixed grill was very poor in both quality and selection. My wifes and daughter paella valencia had about 8 chunks of meat a few beans and the rest rice about 1/2 inch deep. Drinks 2 beers 1 small 1 large, 1 aperol spritzer,4 Fanta oranges, 1 orange juice(forgotten by waiter), and 1/2 litre bottle of water. At no time did anyone ask if we would like more drinks. So, in summary, very poor service less than average food, no attention to our needs, and a bill for 177 euros. I would not recommend...

Mariscada buena, pero no pidas una paella de conejo y pollo, no tienes narices a encontrar ni lo uno ni lo otro, te ponen cerdo, y cuando se lo dices, te ponen en duda y entre los camareros hay risas sobre donde estará el conejo, si este es el trato que Dan a un español, que no harán con los turistas extranjeros.

Gute Meeresfrüchte, Sie eine Paella mit Kaninchen und Huhn bestellen, Sie haben keine Nasen weder das eine noch das andere zu finden, sie setzen Schwein, und wenn ich sage, werfen Sie Zweifel und unter den Kellner gibt es Gelächter darüber, wo das Kaninchen , wenn dies der Deal ist, den sie einem Spanier geben, werden sie nicht mit ausländischen Touristen tun.

хорошие морепродукты, про если вы заказываете паэлья с кроликом и курицей, у вас нет носы, чтобы найти ни одного, ни другого, они положили свинью, и когда я говорю, вы поставили под сомнение и среди официантов есть смех о где будет кролик , если это сделка, которую они дают испанцу, они не будут делать с иностранными туристами.
