Restaurant La Muntanyeta — Restaurant in Calp

Ate here twice out of our recent 5 day trip to Calpe and couldn’t recommend highly enough. A lovely relaxed restaurant with friendly, welcoming staff, subtle music to make an enjoyable atmosphere yet can still talk to one another easily.

Deliciously seasoned fish dishes, sole, sardines, and had the vegetable paella one evening which was amazing 😍with fresh bread and allioli to start. Perfect portions, not too little but not overwhelming, all reasonably priced, pleasantly presented and promptly served. House wine reasonably priced too.

I was choosing this restaurant by random because i just walked past the beach then i was so really impressed of paella is the best!!!!! of best i have try 3-4 times of paella another restaurant but is really not good same this. Also the atmosphere of restaurant is really good i come with my family 2 kids they're also have place inside next to the way go toilet for change diapers and toilet is really clean. If talking about service the staff servers they're take care really good. All is good like i have to come write reviews...

If you are hungry, better alternative is even to buy some food in some Supermarket near by and eat on the beach. That would be better food quality and better atmosphere , no doubt. Some dishes tasted like microwave fast food. The personnel could be more pleasant as well. Sorry to say but the only good thing with this restaurant was the position...
