Corazón Helado — Restaurant in Calvià

Me my partner and mother in law were having a great evening and decided to visit this place after hearing such great reviews the shop looked so pleasenat and welcoming, as we entered there was no staff to be seen and the counter unmanned, my partner had lent over to check out the ice creams to try work out the flavours hence them all been covered and labelled in Spanish with no staff around bearing this in mind once my partner proceeded to look a female staff member appeared out of the back pointing her finger and shaking it in angerly at my partner whilst speaking loudly in Spanish we found this awfully rude and highly disrespectfull behaviour the 3 of us were stunned in shock at this as it was totally unnecessary and out of order, this had put all of us off purchasing any ice cream and felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable due to this we left extremely unhappy and disappointed please bear this in mind if you feel to check it out I'm sure the products are delicious but on this occasion we went to the store up the street and enjoyed a magnum 😏.

I visited this ice cream shop on the evening of Friday 7th of October as I saw there had been great reviews. Going in the shop, there were no staff and no one serving so I was left stood there for a few minutes. I picked up a steel lid to take a look at the ice cream to find a member of staff wagging her fingers rudely at me from behind a window at the back of the shop. She came into attend to me, my boyfriend and mother and began to tell us off in an abrasive manner. Berating us for looking at the ice cream. Being treated in this manner gave us no heart to buy an ice cream so we left. This would not of happened if the lady had come to attend to us when we came into the shop, instead of letting us stand around....

Booked them for a gelato cart for our wedding and it was one of the biggest hits of our wedding!!! We had five flavors for 40 guests and everyone raved about it. It was much needed on our wedding day when it was 35C, and I felt like a BRAND NEW person after I had a huge cup of hazelnut. I am still craving it.
