Beautiful location, went for drinks and tapas on the terrace. Terrace is beautiful, great atmosphere and live music. Service was poor, we had to get our own menus at the bar, as well as order at the bar as no one came to severe our table after waiting for 15 minutes. Would have been more understanding if the restaurant was full and busy, but except from our table there was not more than around three other seated tables at the time of our arrival. Waiter didn’t get our order right, we went to order at the bar and the waiter came to our table right after we had ordered to double check our order, again no one else was at the bar ordering at the same time as us. The waiter did not once attend to our table to ask for more drinks/food. Food was ok, had a cheese platter and some bread, bread tasted and looked like it was store bought. Rather disappointing experience. I would say it is not worth the price tag. We went for a romantic dinner, but my mussels weren’t cleaned properly and my husbands burrata was average. The main courses were better, but not amazing for a £160 2 course meal. We also had to wait a long time for the main course, so all and all won’t recommend this restaurant. I absolutely love the Hotel Maricel, as said in the hotel review: a real dream place to relax.
