What a lovely hotel, I’m very happy I chose an adults only hotel for my solo holiday. The hotel was soo nice and I got a great view from my sea view room, pretty pleased I got a view of the beach cove too as it was very picturesque. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, whether in the breakfast restaurant or around the pool bar they were great. The bedrooms were cleaned everyday which was good. The location was perfect, nice chilled and quiet area with a variety of restaurants, but close enough to Cala Major (8 minute bus ride) or the city (25 minute bus ride) from outside the hotel. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food from full English items to pasties, cereals, meats, cheese and a chef cooking omelettes fresh in front of you. The pool was a very good size (as it looks small on photos I think) and it was never overcrowded with people which was nice. Restaurant recommendations - Cibus Pizzeria (Cala Major) Navvaros Steakhouse (Cala Major) Restaurante Bugambilia Sorrento’s Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I’ll definitely be booking this hotel again, as I really enjoyed the whole week.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel and I’d recommend it also for solo travelers. The atmosphere was pleasant among the guests, no one loud/ disrespectful. Nice and friendly staff, amazing breakfast serving everything you can wish for. I had a lovely room with the sea view. There pool/sea area was nice too, my favourite part was being able to swim away from the noise of people and public beaches. As water is deep there, more suitable for confident swimmers. There is a small bay with shallow water though and the sandy public beaches a few minutes walk from the hotel. To me it was perfect. The hotel is well connected to all the other parts of the island, bus no 4 goes right from the hotel to the centre of Palma, from there you can commute further if you fancy exploring further towns and beaches (which I have and loved it) Takes a while so depends what you’re looking for. A few supermarkets around. I very much enjoyed the hotel and the island.

Just come back from here on Weds after 8 days. Best part about it is the staff. Everyone says the same on here and FB and its true they are all so so friendly. Hotel is nice and modern, pool never gets manic busy and views are great.

Food - Evening meals are nice but a bit limited and not very Spanish although the salad buffet starter is amazing and enough on its own to be fair. Breakfast the continental is amazing, cooked breakfasts aren't nice theyre always cold and the sausages are pathetic and mushrooms from a tin. The fruit is lovely but they could make a bit more of it, its the same every day. The continental is definitely the best.

The rooms are nice and modern although there is one major issue. The newly installed AC. Its just useless and there is only a fan speed switch in the rooms not a temperature control. Whoever thought of that needs shooting. Like hundreds of people in each room will want to be the same temperature as each other which is centrally controlled but for some reason cant be touched at reception?? One walk past reception and you hear other guests complaining so its not just me. They did give me a big fan though and that's the only reason I survived. The AC also smells funny when it runs. The other issues i had with the room were the flashing LED on the smoke alarm that is so bright you can see it through your eyelids when your trying to sleep and the same from the TV which you cant switch off. However if you ask them the maintenance man has a specially designed cover for the Smoke alarm that allows it to work and disguises the LED so again they must know this is a problem. The only other issue was the toilet brush was disgraceful it looked like they refurbed the rooms and forgot the brush it was filthy and old and I showed the maid but she just shrugged at me.

Overall a lovely hotel and I would go back they just urgently need to get back whoever they have paid thousands to to install that AC and have it overhauled before next season. Change the toilet brushes and improve the cooked breakfasts. Oh and charging each day for the room safe is a bit much when you've paid £1000 for a week and its a 4 star hotel bit mean I think. Visit the Thai Massage lady too she is amazing and so friendly. I went twice. Overall though its good and its worth going just for the...

Great hotel, one of the best ocean views I have ever experienced and pretty close to Palmas and the airport but not so close that I was disturbed by airplane traffic noice!||I travelled alone, for 100% relaxation, and with this intend in mind I think the hotel was good. If, however, you are a traveller that enjoy to meet other people and get in talk with them, I don't think that this hotel is necessarily for you. The average guest there was not that welcoming - but as some of an introvert myself that just wanted to relax in my own company in quiet surroundings, this hotel is quite great!||Regarding the facilities and the food: The breakfast is one of the best that I have ever tried in a hotel such as this, even the possibility to drink champagne as part of the deal. The lunch and the dinner was alright, not the best I have tried but quite good as part of a hotel I would say. Nice fitness center as well!||Employees and service: The receptionists were very welcoming. I had trouble with the keycard to my room upon arrival, but the receptionist walked with me to my room instantly on pointing this out and helped me there until it worked. The waiters were alright; not the most welcoming type of people but not angry or anything of the sort!||Location and area: Very nice location with respect to the sea; fantastic ocean view! Some restaurants in the neighbourhood that were quite nice; but otherwise you would have to take the bus to get closer to Palmas with more choices. I would have liked a bit more atmosphere in the neighbourhood and more surrounding restaurant choices closer to the hotel. If you are looking for a hotel that is located close to party options close to the city, this is probably not the hotel for you even though by bus it (only) took like 20-30 minutes to get to Palmas.||General cons: Beside the somewhat missing atmosphere and "coziness" in the area and restaurants in the neighbourhood, the fridge in my room didn't work that well and I also think it was perhaps a bit too small. I would've like for it to be bigger in order to have room for even more cooled water every day.||All in all: A very fine hotel with an awesome view and with a great connection...

Location:|The area is very quiet, which was lovely for relaxing. There's a bus stop just a minute's walk away, and buses run frequently, making it easy to get around. There are also a few local shops and restaurants nearby, which was convenient.||Hotel Staff:|The receptionists were absolutely lovely warm, welcoming, and caring from the moment I arrived. The cleaners were also friendly and did a great job. However, my room was located right opposite the cleaners’ cabinet on floor 4, and they would start slamming doors around 7 AM, which disturbed my sleep.||Room Experience:|My air conditioning wasn’t working when I first arrived, but it was fixed within 30 minutes by the generator technician, which I appreciated.||Restaurant & Food:|The restaurant staff on the last floor level especially the waitresses, were sometimes a bit too pushy, and a few would finish their personal conversations before serving( a bit unprofessional.) The restaurant food was a letdown. I ordered a pizza for €10, but it looked nothing like the photo and was highly disappointing.||On the flip side, breakfast was a standout plentiful, delicious, and beautifully presented. I’ve never had such a generous breakfast at a hotel. The breakfast staff were also amazing and attentive. Well done to them!|| Facilities:|The swimming pool was great, and if you love swimming in the sea, this is the place for you beautiful access and views.|| Solo Travel Notes:|I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're a solo traveler looking to meet people. Most of the guests seemed quiet and a bit unfriendly, and as someone from a minority ethnic background, I experienced a few uncomfortable stares, which made me feel unwelcome at times. This isn't the hotel's fault necessarily,.||Amenities:|There’s a luggage room and a guest shower room, which is a great bonus for travelers with late departures.| Summary:|The hotel itself is lovely, with great staff, especially at the front desk and breakfast area. However, room placement, restaurant quality, and the guest atmosphere may not suit everyone especially solo travelers or those sensitive to noise early in...
