El Rinconcito de la Patrona — Restaurant in Calvià

We chose this place based on the great reviews, and so now it’s our turn to share one! We came here for a team lunch and arranged a buffet, which turned out to be absolutely fantastic. 🤩 I only managed to snap photos of two dishes, but we had an incredible spread: croquetas, patatas bravas, ceviche (my personal favorite), pan con jamón, and much more!

The portions were so generous we eventually had to ask them to stop serving! 😄

We did cause a bit of stress for the staff due to two colleagues with dietary restrictions, and those specific dishes arrived quite late. But that’s on us; we failed to inform them in advance.

TIP: If you’re booking a table or planning for a large group, be sure to let them know ahead of time about any special dietary orders. It’ll help shorten the waiting time for those dishes.

All in all, I recommend this unassuming yet...

Strange experience for us, very nice starters of Pardon Peppers with bread and alioli, but....the main courses were just awful. I had Ternera a la Nortena, which the polite waiter advised and my wife had chicken wok. My food was just so bad, nothing like the menu description, I had no potatoes and no onions or coriander..it was a plain piece of dry, touch meat with some white beans and rice all for €18!!??..my wife's chicken wok was noodle, chicken and veg swimming in soy sauce, no flavour, no value..very poor. We selected this venue based on the reviews, maybe we hit a bad day for the chef??! I suggest you ask what the dish will be before you order as the menu did not follow the...

We had one of our best ever meals abroad here last night - everything, from the service, to the magic tricks, to (of course) the food itself was absolutely exquisite.

We ordered 2 main courses each as we couldn't bear to leave without trying as much as possible! The T-bone steak and Peruvian Beef Stew were perfectly cooked and bursting with flavour. You can tell all produce is sourced locally and prepared super fresh.

We then had one paella each (one seafood, one vegetarian) which we both agreed was among the best we'd had after many trips to Spain.
