La Tasca Flamenca Bar de Tapas & Restaurant Mallorca — Restaurant in Calvià

Hemos venido a comer tapas y a escuchar música en vivo y la camarera ha sido muy desagradable. Queríamos saber si las croquetas eran caseras y se ha ofendido, además fue a decírselo a la dueña que vino de inmediato a llamarnos la atención por preguntar si las croquetas eran caseras y gritando ofendida delante de los demás clientes diciendo que le sienta muy mal porque ella es gaditana. Nos hemos sentido tan mal que no hemos podido ni comer. He probado las croquetas que cuestan cada una 2, 50€ y solo estaba rellena solo de bechamel, las papas bravas estaban duras como piedras y la salsa diminuta y de bote, verdaderamente mala. A los 10 min la camarera ya nos quería retirar la comida y de echo la dueña nos plantó la factura , se llevó los cubiertos y no pudimos terminar de comer. Muy agresivos y mal educados. Les pedí la hoja de reclamación y me dijeron que no tenían. Lo único bueno era el cantante y el camarero de la barra. La camarera Alemana muy grosera y prepotente. Nunca más volveremos. DE ECHO SOLAMENTE TENÉIS QUE LEER LAS RESPUESTAS DE LOS PROPIETARIOS A LOS CLIENTES QUE NO ESTABAN SATISFECHOS (ver fotos de pantallazos). SON VERDADERAMENTE MAL EDUCADOS Y GROSEROS, NO ACEPTAN UNA SOLA CRITICA. TENÉIS LOS DIAS CONTADOS. CUANDO ALGO VA MAL, UNO REACCIONA CON AGRESIVIDAD. MAÑANA ME OCUPARE DE DENUNCIAR QUE NO ME QUISISTEIS DAR LA HOJA DE RECLAMACIÓNES Y A VER SI TAMBIÉN TENÉIS PERMISO PARA LA MUSICA EN VIVO, SIN LIMITADOR DE SONIDO. Es muy fuerte que un extranjero diga a un Mallorquin que se marche a Canarias. SOIS MUY PATETICOS. Y LA COMIDA UNA VERDADERA PORQUERIA . COMO DICE TU HERMANA( TODO ESTÁ BIEN). No lleváis ni 1 año y ya tan amargados, si fuerais profesionales trataríais a los clientes con educación. En breve veremos el cartelito de traspaso. Este concepto os puede funcionar en Alemania, pero en España la gastronomía tiene un nivel muy alto. Como podéis pensar que íbamos a volver a un restaurante donde te tratan mal, te cobran y encima la comida es mala. Absolutely horrible service, we arrived at the restaurant where straight away we were given German menus without even asking what will we prefer and what language we can speak! After waiving a waiter and asking him to change the menu, we were given a funny look and being told that we had to say where we are from well in advance. Also we were told that here is you English menu but it was in Spanish! Not even once we heard an apology, then we just left, so be aware that the attitude towards people...

Very nice place, we came across it as we strolled through looking for a place to have dinner at around 9:30pm, while other places are closed or chefs gone for the night, this place was open. Good food and selection of wines, a tad pricy the tapas but very delicious, we had a salad complement of the place and a delicious aperitif.
