Awful service! The other night my partner went to collect some dinner. He was charged €26 for two chicken burger meals, to not even receive drinks, however food delicious but not what we expected price wise for a small portion. Today while in town our 4 year old daughter was hungry so we thought we will bring her here as she will enjoy their food to only end up turning away due to extremely rude staff! I politely asked for a nugget meal for her then realising she asked for a burger (nothing was cooking already) so i said sorry not nuggets a hamburger please. And followed with two chicken burger meals please. The man said will you make up your mind, i said i just told you what we want. He said no you want a burger tell me which burger, i explained again what we wanted. He went to charge us €26, so we were confused as thats the same price we were charged last time for two meals. He asked what drinks we wanted and because we asked for drinks that wasnt in stock (not knowing) he got a very bad attitude towards us. Where do we start.

Ordered 2 menus, one normal burger menu (€12,99) and one chicken burger menu (€11,99), also ordered a side of spicy sausage, paid €29. The food finally arrives after 20 minutes( the staff seems to favor every single German that comes in as they get their food instantly before everyone else), and to our surprise only the two menus come. The sausages never arrived, when I asked why we got charged 29 euros for two menus he looked at me like he had no clue. He Then proceeded to make me pay €4 extra for the spicy sausages. I usually only wrote good reviews However this place is by far the worst service in Mallorca. My daughter ordered a doner wrap and we were greeted with an extremely rude staff. He took our order and then proceeded to give dirty looks. His friend came in and he served him before my daughter and then went and smoked and blew it on us. My daughter stood at one point because she thought he was going to ask what she wanted on her doner and he said what in a rude and disgusted tone. We left and never got our food or refund.
