Paradise Beach — Restaurant in Calvià

Hi! I was at this place that first I lived because they showed two games on a screen, I went whit my mom and the first time was okey.

But the second time (when the last European cup games was) it was horrible

We had a table we where two people but we where waiting for 3 more.

Before I tell how bad I was treated and so on I want to say this.

A guest is not always right but they should be treated friendly because they chose that restaurant. We just order beers at first but when we order food no one asked how it was also they made the wrong order…

Never mind let’s go back to why I put a 1 star, it should have been 0 starts,

So we where 2 people but had the table for 5 because we where waiting on friends

They threatened us if they don’t come you need to leave… so I ordered 5 units of drinks and after half-time we got thrown out… but the rest of our company just arrived (but it was to late for them)

Whit out asking any questions how we were feeling or anything. And after I left I took a picture on the place.

When I left the manager run after me and ask why I took a picture and I said because I want to put it on google.. he threatened me that he would call the police!!!!

Why? Because I bought 5 drinks for 2 people or because I saw the NON exciting service ?

He took up his phone and pretended to call, a Spanish speaker told him to relax and he got more upset. Total we spend around 90-100 euros for beers vodka redbull and one pizza .

I’m sorry I work in a restaurant and this was the worst I got treated worst experience I ever had,

So get threatened 2 times one for not having your friends there in time (in Mallorca) and other because I took a picture of the place!

If you go there try to search for service and the. Write if you got...

Nice place…but lazy and smelly waiter.. 3rd summer that I come here every weekend alone or with friends.. and the waitress that usually attend me is very good and lovely.. but on this occasion the older waiter who came see me was very disappointing to me.. breakfast is served till 12.30 and even thought I came 7 minutes earlier and try to place an order he went asking for “confirmation”… than he came back and the order I ve placed and normally get every weekend he refused to order it saying “chef do not aloud it”.. Another little detail about my today experience is that he was very smelly (armpits) and hot season did not start yet…sorry to mention it but I think personal higiene when comes to serving food is a must and talks a lot about.. Also.. comparing from last year, they ve put price up, every one else do the same but to my opinion also here quality has gone a little reduced… i end up next door having better/bigger brkf for same price and no time limit.. good...

I got mussels marinara to start and they were overcooked. I ordered a steak for my main and it was a minute steak, this was not specified on the menu, they only asked what way I wanted it cooked no sauce was offered with it and they don't ask if you want one. The veg was raw and the chips are frozen. All dripping in oil! The chicken wings had a funny taste to it. other mains were spaghetti Bolognese, again very oily and kids chicken nuggets and chips, which tasted odd. When we confronted the staff about it. They said it was steak! When they came back and asked if we had finished (all plates still pretty full) we said yes and that it wasn't the greatest they just said ok and do we want the bill. The only nice thing about here is the location. They also put "reserved" on most of the tables out the front to allude that they are busy. But end up taking them off when they entise people in. Got lots of moschito bites too. 1 ladies toilet with no light! Far better places...
