Dolphin Palmanova — Restaurant in Calvià

I’m not usually one to leave a bad review but….Well reading reviews I thought this would be a nice place to eat….. we ordered our food and asked for our meat to me cooked medium. The outer edges were cooked to medium but the main part was totally raw!. When I mentioned this to the manager (or who I was told was the manger) she totally did not want to know. When I was trying to explain to her what was wrong she kept looking away and looking around the restaurant as if I wasn’t relevant at all and made me feel totally uncomfortable. I told her we didn’t want the food as it put us off and she completely refused. I had eaten the chips as I was hungry and offered to pay for them but she told me we had to pay for the whole bill regardless. I ended up paying €60 for a meal that we had barely touched because I felt she gave me no choice. This place is absolutely amazing! We went in there simply because nobody was nagging us to come inside like a lot of places do!

First of all, the two serving ladies ( I'm sorry, i dont know your names) were professional, friendly, always with a smile on their faces and made sure we are satisfied.

Second of all, the food and drinks were fabulous!! Especially the Singapore Sling!!

I wanted a Paella so bad on thos holiday and they have served us an absolute banger. We got the fish and seafood Paella and it was spot on! Not 1 negative thing i can say about this dish!! And they serve it in front of you!!

Everything was fresh and very delicious.!!

SUGGESTION: If you want to leave a TIP, make sure you got cash as they can't accept card payment tips. ITS WELL WORTH LEAVING THEM A GOOD TIP!!
