EL RINCÓN DEL PERLITA — Restaurant in Cartagena

Firstly let me say, I don't usually leave reviews of restaurants, even when they are very good or very bad. After visiting this restaurant I felt I had no choice, but to let others know ahead of time what happened to me here. My wife and I ordered at the same time and her meal came about 10 minutes before mine. My meal a hamburger and fries came and the burger was completely raw in the middle. I ate a little around the sides first and then called the waiter over to point out that my meal was raw. The waiter took a picture of it and later someone else returned with the bill without an apology and advised that we still had to pay the bill in full. We argued abit and finally I just said to forget it and I paid for the meal. Please stay away if you are able You under cooked the burger just admit it and try to improve please. Nobody can eat raw hamburger and I ate around the edges cause...

We have always walked past this place but never got the opportunity to try because it's always crowded. Finally stumbled upon an empty table and grab the chance. Located by the corner of Plaza San Francisco, they have a number of tables arranged by the street and after 11pm when the dessert stall next to them closes; they would also take over the space and place more tables. We ordered the Patatas Despeinas which were basically fried potatoes covered with melted cheese and topped with tasty pulled beef, montadito and an Venezuelan Empanada. The empanada was rather too oily for our liking but taste wise was good. Prices for everything is reasonably according to the generous portion. Jueves 15 de agosto. Nos hablaron del sitio y fuimos. Llegando antes de las 11 de la noche estábamos ya sentadas, para limpiarnos la mesa (fue un chico muy joven) lo hizo rápido pero para traernos la carta fue una odisea no nos hacía caso. Vino para apuntar la bebida y se le volvió a repetir la carta que la trajera.Es que se le llamaba, te miraba y pasaba (ni voy ya, ni nada). Trajo la bebida que la estaba fabricando (tinto de verano una jarra) porque tardó lo increíble mientras atendía a otras mesas que llegaron más tarde. Otro chico nos trajo la carta, miremos lo que íbamos a tomar y volvimos a llamar para que nos tomarán nota y NADA, pasaba olimpicamente, cuando conseguimos que viniera y vamos a decirle las cosas, nos dice que la cocina estaba cerrada. Nuestras caras fue como puede ser, sin avisar, todas las demás mesas después de nosotras atendidas??!! Salió una chica con un plato para una mesa y se le dijo lo sucedido (ya el otro chico que tuvo la poca vergüenza de pasar de nosotras no se dignaba a salir del local), se le dijo que más de 1 hora para atendernos y NADA. La chica dijo que no podía ser tanto tiempo (si lo fue,tengo pruebas que estaba yo haciendo directo en una red social y sale la hora, las veces que se le llamaba al camarero y todo) se lo comentó al chico que trajo la carta, como que sus disculpas fueron muy pasotas y que a la jarra de tinto de verano invitaba la casa..me da igual que invites la jarra, lo que no se puede tener una mesa pasando de ser atendidas y cuando se digna, decir que la cocina está cerrada y haber donde vas a cenar a esa hora. De la cena ya que no habíamos cenado no se puede opinar pero del personal...
