The only thing I am sad about is that I cannot leave more than 5 stars for the food & the service. It was way above delicious, the service was amazing. My bf asked about something he remembered from Japan and that wasn’t on the menu, the waiter went and asked the chef who offered to cook it for us ! Never ate gyoza that good. Yes the time you get your food is a bit above average, but it’s a guarantee of quality for the food and it surely is home made! Don’t be bothered by the wait time, it’ll be a delight once you eat it. We’d gladly drive 2 hours from altea to come back and eat there! Surely the best Japanese restaurant around! A trip to japan...

Fui con mi pareja a cenar, en primer lugar la carta es un jeroglífico imposible de descifrar. Los entrantes están repartidos por toda la carta y es un caos tanto la organización como la descripción de los platos. Nosotros porque teníamos algo de idea de sushi pero para quien no haya probado nunca este tipo de comida, solo de ver esta carta se habrían quitado las ganas. Por otra parte, el servicio...habían tres mesas que ya estaban cenando y estando nosotros allí se sentaron dos más. Para la poca gente que había, los camareros no fueron atentos, tardando bastante tiempo tanto en atendernos la bebida y comida como en tomarse la molestia de preguntar qué tal íbamos o si faltaba algo durante la cena. En relación a la comida, bastante simple para el precio que tiene. Las gyozas parecían cualquier cosa menos gyozas y el ramen de cerdo que pedimos....el cerdo sabía a cualquier cosa menos a cerdo. El caldo de pastilla con sabor super intenso y salado como el mar Muerto como mínimo. Los postres ni fu ni fa. ¿La cuenta? Un poco más de lo esperado ya que los precios de la carta no incluyen el IVA. Creo humildemente que hay que dar segundas oportunidades cuando no hay buena impresión con un restaurante ya que un mal día puede tenerlo cualquiera pero siendo honesta no creo que repitamos. Por dar algo de feedback positivo, la decoración del local y la amabilidad de la que creo que es la dueña, ya que nos regaló un tarrito con 12 uvas por la fiesta que había...

Very nice restaurant. The food is definitely amazing! The best Tuna I've had in Spain so far! Although the waiter only spoke Spanish it was no issue to understand us.

Definitely recommending this restaurant! Also not expensive but not cheap either. Worth the money.

We were with four, ordered sushi for 2 people (big eaters) and the beef sirloin for the other 2, drinks and bottle of wine for 130...
